The worst website ever .I will never order from here again.Worst customer service as well.Also the clothes look nothing like the pictures,they look really cheap quality.

If you're reading this review then the chances are you are thinking of buying from Becky's Dresses, or like me, you have been unfortunate enough to have already done so.

I have had nothing but trouble with Becky's Boutiques/Becky's dresses since I bought from them on 28th October.

I waited 4 weeks for the first part of my order to arrive, 5 for the second when I expected them to arrive together in 5 working days. As per their website.

I was passed from pillar to post with no real answers or reasons as to why there were delays. I have over 100 screenshots of correspondence, tried and failed, between myself and this company.

When the items arrived they looked absolutely nothing like the pictures. The quality is absolutely shocking for the price that you pay for the items. Not sold as seen . The contact number on their Facebook page is unobtainable and I have now been blocked from messaging them and commenting on their posts get the refund I am entitled to. If you watch the page closely enough .... you will see that people comment often asking about where their order is... complaining or asking for refunds, but they quickly get deleted. Anybody would think they've got something to hide (!!!!)

Unfortunately, it seems as though the consumer are paying the price, literally, for their failed Business Ventures. Becky's Boutiques dissolved in 2015 and the former owner's (Rebecca Farr) husband (Damian) has now taken over and reinstated the company under the name Becky's Dresses.

It is amazing to me that they have gotten away with doing this to so many people for so long. It is the first and the only time that I will make the mistake of not checking company on companies house and trustpilot before purchasing from them for the first time.

I'm in the process of contacting Facebook and Instagram to make them aware of issues with this company. Trading Standards and FCA to follow. If anybody else is in the same boat and it's having problems in getting a refund... if you paid with a debit card then you can raise a transaction or a merchant dispute with your bank. The longest this will take to resolve is 30 days but as long as you have loads of evidence of yourself trying to get in touch with the company return and proof of postage you will get your money back. If you paid with Paypal or via credit card it will be a lot quicker process.

I would just like to warn as many people as possible not to bother buying from this company. Fraudulent and incompetent.

Do not buy you have been warned awful looks nothing like what’s advertised when u get in touch they ignore you if u write comments too warn others they delete them then block you getting a refund is impossible do not buy !!!!!!!

Terrible company with terrible customer service. The people who run this company should be ashamed of themselves. The clothes take forever to arrive (if they arrive at all). The clothes are NOTHING like the clothes on the pictures - they are cheap versions from China. When you complain, the company ignore all of your messages. They then delete any negative comments/ posts on their social media and keep the positive ones to hide the fact that they are corrupt. Do not buy from here. The positive reviews on here are probably fake from the people that own the company. They should be shut down.

My suit came yesterday over the moon with it, Paid for next day delivery was on time really pleased with it perfect fit ,can’t wait to wear it out gonna look the bomb 😏

Dress came on time ,next day delivery , absolutely over the moon with it ,perfect condition as described ,recommend Becky dresses to everyone, unbelievable prices, so affordable, girls get shopping 🤗🤗🤗

Absolute waste of money
I ordered a dress months ago delivery was ment to be within 3-5 days
Was over 3 weeks waiting for a piece of rubbish that was completely different to what I ordered I sent that back over 5 weeks ago and I keep getting ignored will not issue me my refund
Do not buy from this company unless your wanting to dump your money

Do Not Buy From Here!!! Brought something which I paid for a quick delivery, didn’t turn up for 3 weeks not to mention that was made badly so I returned it, didn’t hear anything. Emailed to ask what is happening with the refund whick the replied to say it was out if the time frame(which it wasn’t) they said I could only exchange. Purchased something h else and wanted something for my money, again paid for delivery and it didn’t arrive. Emailed about 10 times asking for them to refund the money, no reply from them, absolute fraud. Item arrive 3 months later and awful quality. Wouldn’t ever touch this company with a barge pole!!!

I would not recommend ordering from this company I ordered a dress at start of summer didn't receive it till months later me being stupid again I ordered an outfit about 3 months ago constant tkt messages eventually they told me order something else I done that still no outfit I have ask loads of times to give me my outfit r refund they now completely ignore my emails and tkt messages I honestly would not recommend on odering anything from them they tel u lies r ignore u one r the other

Ordered a top from here over a week ago still not arrived ignoring my emails and texts I would advise not to order of this site

Replied after 5 emails saying the outfits had being posted and would contact royal mail,1 outfit arrived 4 days later without the 2nd,since then I have messages 4 times and no reply,its been 2 months now,no refund even though I asked on 7 occasions

Ordered 2 dresses that have not been delivered, after texting, emailing and finally Facebook message they are not replying to ... having to try get money back through bank ... total scam would advise people to never order from these

Dress not received, yet they took the money of card , not responding to messages or emails. Tried phone but it dont exist goes through different numbers which is full of messages and you can't leave 1 . Ripped off

PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! Bought an outfit never got delivered was fobbed off by email and text. Completely fraudulent! All the good reviews are not legitimate. Managed to get the money back through my bank by reporting as fraud!!!!

Never buy from.this company. . I will try post this review site on everything they post for people to see, I ordered a top that never arrived, all they said was standard delivery was 2 to 7 days. Paying 4.95 should take 3 to 5 days max, you get minimal response just to say it in its way, be with you shortly. each time I comment to warn people they my comment... dodgy and fb should put a stop to it. Be warned people it's not a legit site at all.

Dress arrived. Quality terrible. Not what it looked like. Sent it back tracked. They confirmed they received it but never refunded it. Stopped replying to emails. I had to go to visa 8 weeks later to get the refund. Terrible customer services. Saying they refund in the hope people forget

Awful website, dress never arrived, no explanation, no email, nothing. Ordered on 1st August, got my refund yesterday 10th November but only because I claimed it through my credit card. They don’t reply to txt or emails. If they do it’s a basic “ your refund is being processed” reply. If your dress is for an event make sure you have a backup cause your will more than likely be let down by this company

Love buying clothes for here. Such great customer service which answers all my questions. Clothes are great quality and true to the picture. I'll always shop from here. I totally recommend buying from here for any type of clothing.
