Bought a double and kingsize divan set from Beds Are Uzzz in Bournemouth,and the service was excellent! They helped us find the right fabric, firmness and even helped us to measure to make sure they'd fit in our rooms. Would definitely visit the next time I need a bed.

I purchased a mattress and a base in 2016. I was recommended by a friend. I had problems with the mattress after a year or so. I found Beds are Uzz most unhelpful. All sweet talk no action. I had to throw away the bed and have now bought it from John Lewis. I do not like writing negative thing but it cost me £1500.

Although our bed has been delivered on the agreed date and we received a phone call from the driver one hour prior to delivery, I have not given Beds Are Uzzz a better rating because I feel that the driver offering for my husband to pay an additional charge there and then to assemble our bed was very unprofessional, especially as one said £10 and the other £15 when he asked how much. I may have considered this had it been offered at the time of purchase but was told it was included in the price. Since calling the store, they’ve advised that they no longer offer this service, after damaging the material when doing so in the past, but that we could pay the driver if we wanted to. So what would have happened if he had damaged it? The store obviously wouldn't take responsibility but how are people to know the driver was just trying his luck and it wasn't something the company offer? Luckily we could assemble it ourselves but for those that can't, it's extremely unfair. I do love our bed and did receive good service initially from the Hemel Hempstead store so it just a shame to now feel mislead and disappointed!

Ordered a bed from the Hemel store and asked for it to be assembled. I wasn't advised that there would be a charge for this. When it came to delivery, the drivers refused to assemble the bed or unpack the heavy packaging and left a box of over 100 parts. When I called up the store to query, the person I spoke with would not let me complete a sentence without talking over and me and said there was nothing he could do about the situation. Subsequently a colleague of his came back the following day to advise that the Ts and Cs mention that a separate charge needs to be paid for assembly and that we hadn't arranged this. Assembly was asked for in the store and no mention of any charge was made at the time. If I wanted a flat pack bed, I would have gone to IKEA.

After having a terrible customer service experience with another major bed retailer we thought we'd try Beds Are Uzzz as the online reviews looked good and we have a store fairly local to us.
We first viewed the website but got baffled with so much choice and ended up phoned the Maidenhead branch. Enzo, the Manager, took ages explaining everything to us and we then paid him a store visit where we purchased a new bed base and headboard which were delivered last weekend.
I can honestly say that the whole experience from start-to-finish was 100 million times better than what we had experienced with the other awful but not to be named company.
Enzo was knowledgeable, professional, friendly and helpful. The pricing was competitive compared to other stores and even the delivery guys were prompt, polite and respectful of our home.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company - thanks mainly to Enzo :)

If you want a bed with casters that in no way match then they are the company to buy from! Supplier (Relyon) not interested in the customer once they have the payment. I wouldn't purchase anything from either of them again based on the customer services.... or lack of

I've bought two mattresses from Beds are Uzzz, and both times the service has been great -- both from the salespeople in the Maidenhead store (particular thanks to Richard and Enzo) and I was equally impressed by the professionalism and friendliness from the two men who came out to deliver. We saved a lot of money over the price of the exact same items in other high street or warehouse outlets. There was no attempt at upselling us to more expensive items or unnecessary extras. And both mattresses (one budget, one Vispring) were as comfortable as expected.

I just wanted to comment on the excellent service I have received from Beds Are Uzzz. From ordering to taking delivery the service was fantastic, the website was so easy to use, I was updated on the status, everything was on time and the delivery men were very pleasant and helpful. An all round excellent service and my mattress is amazing, I will certainly recommend the company to family and friends.

Ordered Frank Hudson Bed and 2 bedside tables in January . Took money out from my credit card straight away. Kept postponing delivery date multiple times. Waited till May....Still not delivered . No other option other than cancel the order.

I was apprehensive to buy from this company because the name sounded a bit dodgy! I took a chance and was not disappointed. I bought a mattress at an excellent price and it was delivered two days later. No problems at all.

Contacted this company by phone, placed order for king size bed and paid 25% deposit in order to hold the 'sale' price with an option to confirm full order at later date..........great service!

Got a phonecall later to say that price on website was understated by them and they could not honour this price! Refund of deposit hurriedly offered with an option for me to consider their 'best' offer which was also a goodwill gesture and it was the same price as my local stockist!

This may be a genuine mistake but I would have expected a better deal as they made the mistake but this clearly isn't available and then to attempt to disguise their offer as a goodwill gesture is simply not professional. Not a proper way to conduct business, shoddy in fact.

We've bought two ViSpring mattresses from Beds Are Uzzz in the past year. Both salespeople had a depth of technical knowledge and helped us to choose the most suitable mattresses. Added to which, the pricing was very competitive and delivery was prompt. We spent a good two months deliberating on the second (more expensive) mattress, speaking to Beds Are Uzzz frequently for more advice and information, which was always offered freely with no hard sell. An excellent company to deal with.

Bought a ViSpring bed from this company after visiting their store in Maidenhead. I had some reservations as the name sounds like a 'bargain basement' shop and there are also some mixed reviews about an online firm with a similar name. However the shop, which is one of a chain of about 6, is truly excellent, and managed to undercut the competition by a notable amount (eg circa 25% cheaper than Furniture Village's 'sale' price). The store specialises in top end beds and had the full range of ViSpring available to test. The salesman, Enzo, could not have been more helpful and we spent about 2 hours talking with him about the beds and testing them with absolutely no pressure whatsoever. The bed was ready within 2 weeks and because they do the delivery themselves they were able to give us a 2 hour slot and their team that delivered the bed also moved our old one into a different room. A great company and well worth the visit to one of their stores
