It’s disgusting at how much of a joke this service is every single bus I need to get is late I try getting an earlier bus so I’m not late for work and I’m still late it needs sorting I’m not using this service anymore and I would advise anyone else against it it’s quicker to actually walk !!

524 to bolton absolute joke none turn up on time and when it does its packed with collage and school kids who should have their own buses .you can be stood waiting for an hour and half waiting for one that's not rammed this needs sorting out asap .get them their own bus service so working people can get home at a decent time .

Waited for the Leigh to Wigan No 10 bus at Ashton in Makerfield due at 10:24pm, Bee app shows bus on time but no show for bus.
Some people walked, and some people got a taxi.
Stagecoach app did show location of bus, bee app is useless.
Never missed a bus with Stagecoach, Bee app seems to say the bus is cancelled if the bus is late.
Needs sorting quickly, or it’s another Burnham disaster.

Waiting in a big queue at Shudehill for the 17/18 yet again. They always seem to be missing nowadays. Should be a 17 every 10 minutes at this time. Been here half an hour already. This service is much worse under the Bee network. Sick of hearing platitudes from Burnham about letting the new system bed in.

I didn't think it was possible to make buses in Manchester worse, but then came along Andy Burnham and the Bee Network. Absolute disgrace, total mess and seriously unhappy passengers, 6 buses should have shown up by now and not one in sight!

Don't use it.

I was waiting 40 mins for a bus to come and one driver did not turn up to take is bus out but never turned up very late to take is bus out. your bus service is very poor and you need to get your buses on time and make sure they turn up and not missing come as i was waiting for a bus on crown lane and your bus do not turn up.

Buses do not run to time or they just dont turn up seen 5 buses saying not in service waited over an hour for either the 67 or 100 never turnd up total joke

This company is useless, always late, no live tracker. Missed my train everyday since they took charge in Wigan and Bolton. Stop counting your money and sort it out!!!!!

Ever since the BeeNet work have launched I have been waiting 30mins to an hour for buses and I have been late to work every single day! The app it self showes how many buses kept getting cancelled and how buses doesn’t even come on time to what it shows on the app and the timetable on the bus stands! I don’t want to lose my job because of this ridiculous transport!! get it fixed ASAP!!!

1 star its too much ! I am working in Manchester. Using Service V1 Leigh Manchester for years now. Since joined Bee Network , I can't get home every single day ! Miles Queues of people waiting . Often 3 buses in a row doesn't turn up , waiting time is shocking ! Buses overcrowded, late , never coming. I am wasting soo much time and nerves while paying £21 a week. Ridiculous. Already sent many complaints. Nothing. Worst service ever. Same happening with 582 Bolton Leigh . Shocking . Very unhappy. Shame I have no other option to travel.

I used it this morning the bus was 20 minutes late and there were less seats downstairs not very good if you can't get upstairs and it's busy.

3 days in a row waiting for the v1 at newearth road bus is on the screen says it's on time then when that time comes goes off the screen and no bus. This is getting a joke that I can not get to work on time anymore because of this terrible service

Absolutely ridiculous that we have gone from a fully working bus service to my daughter being stranded and not able to get to college or get. Her getting in trouble for being late and it being completely out of her control!!
We don’t need new fangled buses, we just need a reliable bus service, sort it out!!!

I have asked peoples comments on Facebook plateau as my daughter was stranded for 2 hours unable to get home after V buses full and New Bee Network bus that replaced two original buses not showing up . I have had a multitude of replies from people in Manchester area stranded over the past few days . Buses not showing up and life timetables not working …Appalling service from Bee Network to leave workers and students in crisis at bus stops is not acceptable !Be prepared before your excuses employers and colleges donor except them !!

This new bus thing is getting on my nervs it’s gone from stage coach to bee network , this is the highfield range circular bus is whqt i get the network has changed and it is now always late and terrible it was like 1hour and 30 minutes late honetly go back to stage coach because this is absolutely the worst company ever it’s terrible

Really getting tired of the 524 not showing up on time, or if at all most times. Been late for work a few times now. Who do I complain to? Every day now, this is pathetic!

Not a bad app, Pi is much better and actually worth money! 💷🤑
