The service is terrible

The service is terrible I have a great signal in the living room but the tv upstairs so poor have to use data on mobile phone if not in the living room can’t wait for my contract to end and move back to plus net. Customer service come up with all sorts like you need to connect you lan cable but I want WiFi not cables or you can buy our extenders for an extra monthly cost. Also move the box to a higher level I’ve never experienced any of this with other providers and if you need help only available Monday to Friday 9-5.30 I have given up contacting them now as the issue has not been resolved and they haven’t logged my complaint as I asked them to

I had a nightmare with my new PC after…

I had a nightmare with my new PC after I connected it to Beebu Broadband, I phone Beebu and spoke to Pete, very knowledgeble guy, bless him he tried so hard over 3 days I think, made a difference sometimes. I got my friends to remote me, 3 x REALLY computer NERD genius's. found out it was the old home plug I had attached to my PC which masked my MAC address. for your future whoever readds this and understands PC Geek language, read this...

When the plug:

Loses connection

Reboots

Firmware bugs out

It can:

Spam ARP replies

Claim the router’s IP briefly

Confuse the router about who owns what MAC address

Result:

Router sends HTTPS packets to the wrong device

TCP handshakes never complete

Some sites time out, others load

Your PC is innocent — it just gets caught in the crossfire.

3️⃣ Why Amazon / BBC specifically?

Those sites:

Use large TLS handshakes

Use HTTP/2 / QUIC

Are very sensitive to packet loss

So they fail first, while “simpler” sites sometimes load

Best broadband provider yet!

The service I get from this company is exceptional, I get above the speeds advertised, the customer service is perfect.. staff are friendly & actually relaxed… they keep you updated all the way, & go above & beyond what is expected… I highly recommend this company 110%

I would highly recommend BeeBu

Many Broadband providers are unresponsive, rude or don't respond at all. however I was able to get hold of BeeBu support quickly and was well informed of what was going on. The support was spot on and I for the first time would recommend a broadband provider.

Anytime I've had "an issue" with Beebu regards ' a service' they've supplied, it has always been sorted out with the utmost professionalism and curtesy ... its a fairly 'new' company that unfortunately at times gets things wrong but always endeavors to put things right in a timely matter and compensate when it's appropriate .... keep up the great work Beebu it does get noticed.

Good service

I have been with BeeBu for over one year on City Fibre. I initially had some issues which I am sure were related to the provided router, I was sent a new router (which is still unboxed) however I used my own router and BeeBu gave me help setting it up. I have had no issues at all since then. The speeds are good. I will definitely stay with BeeBu so long as my price isn’t hiked up too much when my contract expires 😁

beebu customer service is very good.

customer service is very good.
peter was very good at explaining to me what my problems were. he also told us which booster we need as we had poor signal in our home due to different factors. we are so far happy with our decision to have beebu supply our services but watch this space.

The who yesterday there was no…

The who yesterday there was no internet , I don’t understand why this would happen. And the network is not strong all around my houses I may have to use network expander.not happy at all

Brilliant company

Soon as I reported the fault they was here straight away the next day and sorted it out straight away very happy with the service. I got quick to sort out my problem.

A fantastic local broadband company

This is a fantastic local company who are very efficient and courteous. They respond to queries immediately and keep one informed of the process of installation constantly.

Special commendation is due Peter Bodle, the Beebu agent who dealt with all my questions in a polite and obliging manner!

Great service and support for Asus Mesh systems

Solid internet connection for a really good price and I get to use My existing Asus Mesh system without an additional modem adding to the possible complexity or increased lag.
