I have been a customer since around August and to be fair my service wasn't brilliant as speeds were always way below what I expected and especially during Christmas I experienced a lot of dropouts and disconnects and I got to point I wanted to end my contract
HOWEVER.......
Customer service especially Pete always engaged with me to help first I was sent a router to help with the problem which didn't so they ran tests and we found out the issue was with the ONT
He arranged an engineer visit on New year's eve to swap out and since then the result is night and day with fast speeds at around 910mb on average and no drop outs
Apparently ms3 told me they had a bad batch of ont units a few years ago and sadly mine was one of them when It was installed and I was with a different provider
Overall beebu was very helpful and they went above and beyond to resolve my issues
It's nice he be with a provider that thinks of its customers rather than fob you off with excuses and false information

The engineer never turned up on the day of installation. When I contacted Beebu they apologised and said it should never have happened. I had to chase several times before they finally booked a revised appointment. That went well, but despite giving the impression they have their own engineers (Dave likes a biccie with his tea) this is actually subcontracted.
Imagine my surprise to have been billed by my old ISP for ongoing service. Which is of course out of contract and twice the going rate. Imagine my surprise to plug in my old equipment to find out that my old copper cable service is still connected.
Beebu's One Touch Switch is a travesty. They launched claiming everyone else had poor customer service. I guess their actual goal was to be so poor that everyone else seems good.

I had a small issue where my order didn’t go through correctly initially, but the customer service from Pete at BeeBu was absolutely excellent. He was extremely responsive, communicated clearly at every step, and provided frequent updates to keep me informed while everything was being sorted.
Pete went above and beyond to make sure the service was fully connected and working as expected, which made the whole experience stress-free despite the initial hiccup.
The installation engineers were also excellent — very knowledgeable, professional, and they left everything clean and tidy once the job was completed.
So far, so good with the connection stability and speed, and I’m very happy with the service overall.

Service is appalling, twice in two months service has gone down. This time down for 5 days. Communication is poor, customer service is appalling. I left virgin and I am massively regretting it. Avoid this company at all costs.

After 32 years with Virgin media, being pushed from one operator to another, over hours on end, it's a different ball game altogether.

Annie was very friendly and extremely helpful in trying to work out why my network speed was low. She explained all the possibilities in great detail and then sent me an email to back up everything she had outlined. I worked my way through her list and sorted out the problem. It was not the Beebu equipment but one of my cables! I have been with Beebu for 3 months now and am extremely happy with the service and the customer support is exemplary.

I made some errors in my review, correcting now. The support team have tried unsuccessfully to date to rectify the faults with the link to their router. But it was pointed out that they can take up to 30 days to rectify, considering I've never been connected in the first place. I don't think I should wait any longer. I was informed that I have the right to cancel, but that depends on today's outcome.
Cass, who carried out the installation from the road to my house, I personally wouldn't give them a job. Incompetence is an understatement. So here I sit, over four months of waiting for the fibre to work in the house or their router.
I can't wait to see the excuses why nothing works by the end of business today. But at least I do have the option still to cancel the contract altogether.
Thank God I still have my original Internet connection; otherwise, I'd have nothing.
It was also pointed out that I'd made over 72 calls and, yes, spent over an hour on the phone running various fruitless tests.

The WiFi is great, but I had a little bit of a rough start, I was without an internet connection for a few days before actually having the internet. But since then is been okay.

Installation - workmen were efficient courteous/informative and very quick clean workers. A slight hiccup with getting verification code for site - quickly remedied. Shout out to Pete who helped rectify that minor error 👌😊
Thankyou. Shout out also to Annie 👌😊. honest and truthful & saved me money at sign up when I called her. Moved from sky paying £56 a month to a saving of £23 a month. Internet is a good speed smooth and clean ... better connection and speed than I had with sky over 7 years with a more efficient/effective and quick customer service. First time I've had no lagging in years on the internet. Glad I moved and recommend & as yet no problems. Only been a couple of days granted but l've no complaints .. none.
The bigger companies are not always the best ... Beebu have shown me this ... thanks for your support & help

Unable to compare with any other provider, as there are none in the area.
There is no digital phone service, and I had to spend hours trying to understand Voice Over the Internet Protocol. BeeBu don't really make this clear, unless you understand the language (stop using shorthand). Eventually spoke with their customer service who were delighted to explain everything in detail, for something I can't have with them...
Still, the change from 70MBs to silly-speedMBs, was flawless.
The BeeBu router is all but useless over even a comparatively short distance. I live in a relatively compact brick-built 3-4 bedroom house and I lose signal diagonally across the house. BeeBu sell their own extender (what a surprise...), but I picked up a second-hand Mesh system for less, which works brilliantly. Mid you, I do live in an ex-forces, post-war property with harder-than-drills, blast-proof bricks...
BeeBu speed is ok, I'm not sure I get the speeds they offered but it's so fast, who cares?
