Edited - Ordered 4 money boxes for sons and neices on 28th October for Xmas they turned up today 28th December!! Exactly what previous reviews have said all different shades of wood one is completely scratched and the names on the letters apparently I have to stick on my self with the stickers included not worth the money they are tiny poor quality and don’t appear to be on the website anymore as I was trying to find a pic to compare with waste of £40 edited to say once I’d taken all the protective film off there were no scratches and looked much better but rest of review applies - changed rating

Ordered 4 of the wooden initial money boxes for my Granddaughters Christmas presents. 8 weeks after ordering and numerous emails with automated replies they turned up 27th December. They are a extremely poor quality. Smaller than advertised & different shades of wood. The perspex is also cloudy. A pile of junk. I would be too embarrassed to gift these. I have put in a claim with PayPal but not holding out to much hope. Lessons learnt don't purchase from Instagram or FB 😡

Awful company. Stay clear of them. Ordered 2 money boxes which took nearly 2 months to arrive. They are cheap rubbish and very scratched. I had to complain to PayPal to get this resolved and they arrived today. Complete waste of money and non existent customer service

DO NOT USE!!!! It’s a SCAM …… ordered 3 money boxes over 2 month ago not received them or the refund I requested

After numerous emails since beginning of November, arrived today , what a load of rubbish, has any body been successful getting a refund , as I had to buy 5 other prezzies for my family’s children, so gutted 😡

Total SCAM. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered two money box letters in November and have received nothing. Emails just tell me it is in transit. I am totally disgusted at being scammed out of my money and they will not refund either. I will be contacting Trading Standards. If I could give zero stars I would! AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Absolute shocking company...I ordered 2 money boxes for my grand children early November and still not received them on the 27th Dec. The customer service has refused me a refund due to them apparently being in transit. The tracking was last updated 10th Dec in Ireland, I LIVE IN ENGLAND....I Do not want them now as xmas is over but the company still will not refund. Spoke to trading standards and apparently they are aware of this company and under the consumer act I am entitled to the refund but the company will not refund me. Absolute Rip off, I am so Angry

The worse experience ever order two money box for my children at the beginning of November and only just received them today. I have sent several emails to cancel a sit was taking time all i get we have sent.
Only to receive it today and different as the pic the coins will not for at the bottom. And the writing of their names is a little stickers you need to put on your self. Im soo angry and annoyed never again order anything from here guys

Wouldn’t even give this company minus star rating. Like others ordered early November for Christmas. Claim they are in London with an Aberdeen postcode. Stay clear of this company. Will never order from a Facebook advertised company again what a scam. Wish I had read the reviews on this company. Lesson learned.

Same as others - I ordered 2 piggy banks on 2nd Nov and despite chasing I have had no replies and no delivery. A complete scam of a company - avoid at all costs!

Same experience as others, ordered absolutely ages ago, Piggy banks still not arrived. Have been sent 2 different links to tracking, one which hasn't changed since 30th November and now another one which isn't even valid.
Looks like a SCAM - avoid at all costs, wish I'd read the reviews before ordering!

Wish I’d read reviews . Dont order . Firstly more money came out of my account at point of purchase than was stated when I bought something . Only noticed by chance . Emailed and was refunded difference . When items arrived , one item was out of its box and stuffed into the other items box . This meant neither was possible to gift to someone . Got nowhere trying to get a refund . Automated message says my order was correct . Awful

Absolute joke ordered Christmas presents first week in November it’s Christmas Eve tomorrow heard nothing no reply’s to emails. Quick enough to take my money though. Don’t expect to receive the good or get my money back now will not use again

Ordered 2 money boxes for my grandsons for Christmas on 6th November....still not arrived. To begin with I got tracking details every few days until they reached Edinburgh 4th December.....and then nothing. Have sent loads of chasing emails to no avail and keep being told to be patient. Wish I'd read these reviews before ordering. If I had I certainly would never have placed an order with them. Appalling company.

I ordered 2 money boxes in October finally after numerous emails and being fobbed off they arrived. They are awful one is made from a light wood and the other a dark wood absolute rubbish. Complained and was offered £3. Disgusting!!

Ordered two money boxes for my children for Christmas. Scam Company they do not put the correct address on the parcel. When it arrives in UK via tracking it is then sent back with incorrect address. Nothing you can do at that point!! Customer service are rude and patronizing!! Asking for more money to repost the item. Requested a refund and told NO!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

2 very rubbish money boxes arrived eventually. Not at all like the advert.
Wanted to return them but I have to pay postage to some back and beyond address.They will not pay for postage but they have offered me £2 compensation.
Absolute disgrace of a company and I'm only leaving 1 star because there is no minus stars available.

This company is a joke....I ordered 2 money boxes in October.....never arrived....tracking says arrived in cambridge 27th November....but all u get now is lies.....tracking takes a few days to update....pls be patient...then it's the same generic reply....all lies...I suspect its all one big scam...avoid at all costs....

Refund Refusal. Awful Company. Order was placed in November the items were never delivered and the company refuses to issue a refund. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Finally after nearly 3 months they finally arrived gutted and disappointed they are rubbish nothing like advertised, a lot smaller poor quality complete waste of money - no contact or replies from company- avoid at all costs save your money ! Rubbish quality rubbish company
