A pack of jerks

I only stick with BB because it would be too hard to switch all by cards, money transfers, etc.
I'm pissed off by the fact that many BB auto tellers have removed the deposit option.
They're a pack of jerks who never listen to their creditors (Us).

Bendigo Bank . Just another Big Bank

Bendigo Bank pride themselves in not being like the big banks. In reality, that is exactly what they are. Almost impossible to talk to on the phone unless it's at their convenience. I spent 2 HOURS on hold for a simple task. ( I live in a rural area so phone is usually best option). That was a fortnight ago. Today tried the call back thing and it was an hour late at which time I was at work. I ended up speaking to a man with broken english who informed me that BBL don't have a dedicated complaints department and he would pass it on. I am still not certain if this is true or he was just ignorant! I have been with this lot since it was Bendigo Building Society, 25 years or so. I will be joining a Credit Union.
