Brought an Audi A6 C7 2017 RED from Ben. I bought car Sept 2024 and I had it 5 weeks and it broke down when I tried to contact him he was on annual leave for 2 weeks. Car broke down the Warranty service I purchased wasn't worth it, it covered zero damage to car apart from recovery. After 3 months of horrific stress, I found a fantastic mechanic in Ennis who did all the costly repairs in no time and I had my car back. I would tell anybody who is going to buy a car from an independent dealer to bring their mechanic or assessor to check before you purchase. I was told by his YouTube mechanic that I had badly fueled it. I was told this was not the case!!! I've put a complaint in with SIMI also. Stay clear of this dealer he buys dodgy cars and sells them for inflated prices. He seems to love flying to China after he gets your money 💰.
