Started off wonderfully…

The app started off wonderfully! And then it turned to crap. Just like everyone else, I’ve been waiting on a cashout for months. Since December 16th to be exact. It is now March 19th… and still no word when it will process. No response from customer service. And their Facebook page has been deleted. It’s only $36.94 but that would have been great to have for Christmas like I (and many many others) was expecting! I hate to agree but it seems this app has become a scam :(

Accumulated funds to withdraw but still waiting after 3+ months

I downloaded and started using this app because it had such great reviews. Why not earn $ for playing games? But after their update in December, it has become impossible to withdrawal funds. I currently have 3 withdrawals from $25-38 (nothing large), the first was requested December 9. I have received none. I’ve decided to quit using the app until I actually start receiving funds. There are so many of these kind of apps out there, so don’t waste your time with this one.

Bait and Switch

I’ve been using this app for a long time playing the games, but so far I have been waiting 99 days for my cash withdrawal. Their customer service just circle jerks you but nothing is ever resolved.

I have had multiple withdrawals in a queue since Dec 9,2025 it’s now the middle of March and I’m still waiting. It originally said 3+ days for payment and now there is no time frame for payment. Complete an offer and you have to wait until it says it can go into your account for withdrawal. This app used to be awesome and I would have given it 5 stars but since all of the apps updates I am really ready to delete it. But I want my money and they don’t need to charge me for the 99 cent instant withdrawal because it’s not instant when I’m waiting over 3 months.

This app is not legit to what they say!

I used to love this app. It was my go-to app for gaming. Payouts were very quick and easy. After about a year of playing with them, it's impossible to get payouts! And you can't reach an actual person through customer service. They send you automated messages saying the same thing about having withdrawal limits due to high demand. Very poor customer service! I requested a payout on December 10, 2025 and still haven't received it!

Read the Review on LINE - Doesn't Pay the Users

This app does not meet the basic expectations of the user. I met the basic requirement to receive my money $25.00, but have not received it. I have sent emails, screen shots, and posted on Apple, but receive the same message each time. The money has not left the QUE since January 23rd. It now has been more than two months. I use multiple apps like Benjamin and this is absolutely the worst. You can not trust the company.

Benjamin does everything possible to…

Benjamin does everything possible to avoid and delay paying honest gaming and survey people.
When you earn points, you have to go and claim them. Then, in almost all cases, once claimed, we must wait 2 months to withdraw the reward. I was told this is to be consistent with similar sites. That is..
A FLAT OUT LIE!!
I regularly use a dozen or more survey/gaming/shopping reward sites.
And none of them..NONE hold your rewards for 60 days.
Many are immediately paid out, while a few may take 4 or 5 days.
But WAIT...It gets worse!!
On 02/28, i cashed out rewards from 7 different sites I use. Of the 7, I received payouts to PayPal or Amazon gift cards all within 3 days except for 1 site.
And that site??
Well Benjamin of course.
Now you must understand that the money I chose to withdraw was money that had been in the 60 day delay. So earned 2 months ago. And upon cashing out my money finally, I was informed that it was going into the "Queue" !! And would be release "sometime" basically.
Benjamin's suspicious Queue where money disappears for long long LONG periods of time! My money I earned 2 months ago, went into the DREADED "Queue" 17 Days ago, and I have no idea when it will be released!! So now waiting 77 DAYS for $$ I honestly earned.
My comments to the Benjamin Customer Service people and executives are.
You should begin immediately hold back your own DAMN pay for 60 days. And when it's ready to be released, you can shove it up....
Your QUEUE!!!

I have received BENJAMIN'S response.
And I don't care WHAT THEY CLAIM, of the dozens and dozens of survey and gaming sites in have used over now a 5 year period. None of them. And I mean NONE OF THEM freeze your earnings for 60 days and then throws them in an indefinite period in some stupid Queue with the excuse that it takes time to get through all the payouts That's BS and you know it!
It's probably because this is the most mismanaged site for survey takers and gamers
NO WONDER YOUR RATING SUCKS!!

Been waiting since late September 2025 and still no payments!!! I have 178.00 still pending since December!!! I just log in daily and I quit playing any games or watching ads !!!! Used to be great but now they don’t pay…

Used to be great but now they don’t pay out!! It’s crazy how you used to be able to cash out no problem. Had an issue, no worries, they were there with actual people to help. Now, they don’t pay out at all. Surprised they have a trust pilot score of 2.4 currently since everyone is stating the same thing. Anyways, I’ve been in the queue since Dec 18th with about $178 just sitting in limbo I guess. Every time you try to contact them, you get a very generic response and even when you leave a bad review, it’s always the same response “We are so sorry you’re experiencing issues. Just know that since the update, we have had to limit withdrawals due to the high demand. Thank you for letting us know and we are here to help”. Should say “ Just know since the update, we are aware that no one is able to withdraw any money and you are pissed but please know that we don’t care and don’t intend to help in any way”.

i use to love this app

i use to love this app. then they changed it and i've been tryin for days to get ahold of support and no response each time. i can't cash out now. this app is terrible. first they put your money in queue and now they have instant cash but they don't let you cash out when you hit the 25 threshold. it' become zterrible completely unusable. do not get scammed by this app and waste your time, and i still cant get ahold of anyone.

edit- i still haven't heard from support and this is the first withdrawal i've tried since you all have been back up in december i believe.

was good once but no more

Well let’s see, their December 2025 update is absolutely crap. I’ve been waiting since December for nearly $300. I’ve also had games just stop rewarding before their time, worth nearly 130 on multiple games, plus the way you have to wait for your rewards in a cash que now. It’s utter bs and no one from customer “service” answers emails or anything. Beta testers should have been grandfathered in to keep their previous options instead of this crap.

In response to the answer from them, it is now March 20,2026 and still waiting for the money. It seems to me it is business as usual.

They used to be okay with payouts starting at $25…then in November 2025 they updated and I had to wait until December 3 2025 to cash out. On December 15, 2025 I cashed out $40.89, here it is March 14, 2026 and still waiting. Contacted them multiple times all I get is be patient it is in the que.

Total Scam. Don’t Waste Your Time

I’ve been a long time user of Benjamin and have watched its rapid decline with concern. I’ve patiently waited for my withdrawals through ‘our systems are too busy, try again’ to now having FOUR pending withdrawals in their system totaling $200, one of which dates back to December 2025! I’ve contacted customer service numerous times to receive the same canned response that they’ve received ‘a high volume of requests’ and that I should continue to be patient, my withdrawal will be processed. I have no faith in this company and encourage everyone with concern to file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission and their local Attorney General for fraud. Clearly this company does not have the funds to make good on our claims and is just stringing us along and pocketing advertiser dollars. Shame on you, Benjamin.

My account and rewards disappeared

I played every day - had a rewards balance of $134 plus many pending rewards - all of a sudden everything disappeared and I had a message that my “session has expired” and I needed to sign back in …. But there was no place to sign back in. It made me a totally new account with $0 balance. I am beyond pissed because I earned the rewards and had spent months accumulating them. This is crap. Don’t use this ap!

Three months no cash out payment or help

Three months. 3 months now I am still waiting for my payment. 3 friken months. Dec 11 after momths of billion add game time I earned the cashout threshhold of 50 DOLLARS that they randomly three months earlier stopped cashouts for 3 months and when cashouts started again the threshhold was raised to 50.

I cash out Dec 11. Three months later it says still in queue pending processing bullcrap. No change in 3 months. When you reach out you either get a generic message about how theres new features and a high volume of cashouts no answers. All automated emails. All bullcrap. Dont waste time or money on this thing or the games to earn rewards cause you end up just wasting money on games and getting no reward at all for it. Should be illegal to false advertize and scam the way they do considering what they make off adds and they make you watch an add in every game every 2 minutes.

Edit: your response is the same generic bullcrap yall have been trying to feed me for over 3 months!! Proving my damn point! No help. No resolution just bs garbage

Is it now a scam to force the use of Acebet?

Still waiting on a payout.
Its been over 30 days and it still says prossecing, there is no time line as time line as to when it will be available and thats after they charge .99 cents to even start the process.

Now the only way to get your money out without paying a fee is to use Acebet a casino app.

I will be looking for other platforms to play games and do surveys, tat actually pay like they promise.
If it wasn't for this withdrawal issue it would bump up the rating signifigantly.
