Bike insurance renewal
Got the email of renewal quote. It had gone up less than a pound from last year. So let the auto renewal go ahead . On the day all the paperwork was emailed.

I purchased a new bike
I purchased a new bike, but kept my old one, so needed a multi bike policy, you were able to provide this so I changed insurance over to you.

The person I spoke to was very helpful…
The person I spoke to was very helpful but it took me hours to find a phone number and actually speak to a human. My policy had auto renewed and when I wanted to adjust it to save money in difficult times I would’ve been charged large sums for admin. So I ended up cancelling my policy. It’s a real shame as I’ve been a loyal customer for a while. Insurance companies forget that a little bit of human empathy goes a long way.
