Excellent experience!
We recently travelled from Grenoble airport to Alpe d’Huez and Bens Bus were absolutely fantastic! All the staff were so friendly and helpful. The transfers were on time and the communication was fab. Really helped to make the travel days less stressful! Couldn’t recommend them more and would definitely book again!

Worse experience ever
My experience with Bens Bus was absolutely terrible — easily the worst travel experience I’ve ever had.
The bus was late on arrival, which completely ruined our plans. Because of their delay, we ended up missing our flight. What makes this even more frustrating is that, according to their own website, you are supposed to select a bus specifically scheduled to match your flight time.
On top of that, no one was there to assist us with quickly unloading our luggage at the airport, even though they explicitly said they would. Every minute mattered, and their lack of organization and responsibility made a bad situation even worse.
Now they are trying to avoid responsibility by blaming “unforeseeable circumstances,” which is completely unacceptable. When you are providing an airport transfer service, timing is critical, and they clearly failed to deliver.
I would strongly advise everyone to avoid this company if you don’t want to risk missing your flight.

This is one of the most ridiculously unfair reviews we have ever seen.
You were sitting on our bus in resort in gridlocked, non-moving traffic for almost 2 hours because the police closed the road.
You must have seen this non-moving traffic because you were in it! Our rep was on the bus with you, but it must have been so obvious that something outside of our control had happened.
As per our letter to you to assist in an insurance claim, we believe the police closed the road due to incidents of ill-prepared vehicles losing control in the snow. The incident was reported in the regional news and we included a link to that article in the letter we sent you.
The only way we could have got you to the airport in time for your flight would have been to send you a helicopter - although the resort was so congested that it would have been difficult to find a place to land.
When you booked with us and selected your flight, you would have been offered a bus that arrived at the airport at 12:55, 11:00 or 09:45. You choose the one arriving at 12:55. We didn’t recommend it, you choose it. Given that was the only flight to Belgrade that week, perhaps, like other people did, you should have chose the bus arriving at 11:00.
You could also have, at any point, logged in and changed your bus time to an earlier one.
We have been running buses on this route for 20 years and we know how long to allow for the journeys on different dates and certain times of the day. We had allowed extra time for your bus as you will see from your eticket.
The situation was so obviously outside of our control. To try to blame us for this is absurd and it is grossly unfair to review us negatively about this.
Our reps at the airport can sometimes assist in getting your bags out quickly however we only do that when there are some people on the bus who need to run to catch their flight. You, and others on the bus, had already missed your check in time by quite some margin.
We are, of course, sorry you missed your flight, but there was nothing we could have done. Sometimes things go wrong - even more so in the mountain. That is what travel insurance is for.
Good value and very convenient
Good value and very convenient. Easy to find at airport. Journey from Lyon to Tignes at start of trip absolutely fine with attentive driver. Return trip from Tignes to Lyon not so good with no heating at all on bus for whole journey. Pure luck decided to wear full ski gear due to 0340 start! Driver very apolagetic. That said arrived in plenty of time for flight so would definitely use again and recommend to others.

This bus was coming down from Les 2 Alpes but the police had closed that road due for some time due to incidents on the road. This meant your bus arrived at the airport late and was the reason for the delay.
