Easy to book and good to have ‘warnings’ about how lucky I am to be skiing for a few weeks. I appreciate your advice about having the site 'auto-filling' personal details such as emails and phone numb... See more

Simple booking process, booking application aware of flights to / from Ireland & UK.
We use this transfer many years. Easy to book. Everything regarding price and destination provided clear.
So far information and booking clear and easy and good price.
As Easyjet has changed the timings of some of our flights I have changed the bus to an earlier one. The change was easy to do and free 😊 it means an earlier arrival at destination and leas time waiting in Geneva, which is a crowded and uncomfortable airport. Thanks Ben’s!
Ben’s bus is a fantastic service to get from the airport to ski resorts
I’ve just booked for my ski trip in March 2027
Very straightforward website to use, and excellent assistance with an issue I probably caused.
Very happy with the service
I'll always use Ben's bus. They have never let me down and manage a difficult job efficiently and smoothly.

Simple, very good explanations, and useful information, and even checked that my incoming and outgoing dates weren’t too far apart (I’d input the wrong departure date) and it warned me. Very good.
Have used bensbus before and its is well organised and reasonably priced. The website is easy to use. No complaints so far.

Easy to use website. Easy booking process. The best prices. As usual (and this will be my 10th season with Ben's Bus).
Yes Geneva airport is chaotic, but the alternatives are many times more expensive.

On 3rd April 2026 I arrived at Grenoble at 9am after various flight changes beyond my control. Ben's Bus adapted to my airline changes automatically and provided an earlier xfer time.
I was the only passenger going to Tignes so they got me on a Val Thorens Coach for a change at Moutiers. I expected to wait there for a couple of hours to join a Geneva or Lyon Coach but no, they provided a mini Bus straightaway for just me and I arrived 2hrs EARLY!
I have used Ben's Bus for years, their Coaches are modern, comfortable, and powerful, and the French drivers make a superb team. All Staff helpful, efficient, and friendly.
I'm hooked.
Thank you Ben's Bus for making things easy.
Fred.

Very easy to go through the process of buying e-tickets
I've been going to Menuires for close to 20 years and only use Bensbus. Never any issues and always safe and comfortable.
Easy and stress free checkout process and extremely well priced.
On arrival at Geneva my party reported to the BensBus desk and we were evidently given an incorrect time to return for the transfer. We all heard the same time and were back 5 minutes early but found no one else there. After a bit a rep appeared and hurried us to the bus, where we were literally shouted at: ‘Everyone else was on time!’, as though we were children on a school trip. At least we got our luggage loaded for us because, as we were told, the driver risked being charged extra for overstaying in the airport. I think the bus left near enough on time. En route I asked other passengers what time they had been told to return for boarding, and it was 10 minutes earlier than we were told.
BensBus were somewhat helpful over our return, since one of us had a broken leg in a full splint. In the booked bus, they could offer no more than an aisle seat, as it was full, but we could have taken a much earlier one with three seats free in a row. But the insurance company arranged a taxi, so, as requested by BensBus, I cancelled the bus so that they did not waste time trying to find us (again!).
