What can i say? Best £75 i have ever spent. Ben arrived, confirmed i was an idiot, but still left me feeling good about myself. We laughed about my failings, shook hands and off he went. I would recommend him and his business to anyone. Professional, intelligent and understanding. When the oven really does die it will be ben who gets my custom.

BSA was excellent and very professional, diagnosed the problem and it was solved in less than 48hours with replacement appliance.

The whole team at Ben Smith Appliances were great. The old washing machine couldn’t be fixed economically so we had it replaced and fitted by them and the old one removed . They were very helpful discussing prices and alternatives (thanks Viv). The new machine arrived as arranged. The fitting was done quickly and with no fuss by Shane who was friendly and gave us some useful tips. I would shop with them again, no question.

Professional and personable. I can't recommend them highly enough: my washing machine started smoking and my son,having heard of Ben Smith, called him. The visiting engineer advised me on what was the best thing to do, suggesting I contact Viv for replacement and then following through with delivery, installation and removal of the old machine. All conducted deftly,with excellent and friendly communication, on time and neatly. Local too.

I love Ben Smith Appliances because they can match the prices of the ‘big boys’ but you get great, personal service. Shane who installed the new washing machine and dishwasher was professional, friendly and super helpful. He gave me a quick tutorial for both machines and some useful tips. Definitely the best experience I have had when buying new appliances. Don’t shop anywhere else!

Amazing service, communication and support. Rhys found the leak in my machine after I was told by a Beko engineer there was nothing wrong. The company ordered the part and it was all fixed really quickly. I highly recommend this company!

Shane and colleague picked up appliances I didn't need anymore, as I moved into a place with integrated appliances. They were very professional and polite. They made sure they were careful removing them. Definitely recommend them.
