I would definitely recommend Ben and his team- he came out promptly to fix an issue we had with our gas hob- v nice guy, helpful and knowledgeable. He fixed the issue and checked over the oven (even kindly giving me a tool and cleaner to clean my oven roof). Would definitely recommend and use again.

From calling the office (lovely friendly lady) to ordering and delivery/installation A1 service - I cannot recommend highly enough. Integrated washing machine was due to be delivered and installed Tuesday but amazing they called later that same day had a slot and squeezed me in the same day it doesn’t get any better than that! My advice avoid the online faceless shops do local and stay loyal thank you so much 🙌

Garage Freezer
We were looking for a freezer that would be happy in the garage. The lady in the shop in Saint Leonard's was really helpful. Delivery was hassle free too. Nice people to do business with. Can heartily recommend.

Outstanding service! I had a great experience when the company repaired an appliance for me, and so I went back to them when I needed to buy a cooker when I moved house. We had to move dates several times, but the team was so helpful and understanding. The installation was really professional, and the cooker is lovely! I highly recommend this company.

Excellent customer service from Viv, first class installation of my brand new Beko integrated dishwasher from Shane. This is the second appliance I have bought from Ben Smith and the first one a reconditioned free standing freezer is still going strong after 5+ years. I would highly recommend Ben Smith for all white goods appliance's.

They fitted a new integrated washing machine replacing the one that had come with this new build property. They did a perfect job fitting the machine , far better than the original fit which had never been great They even repaired the kick board which had been damaged by a previous engineer Couldn't fault them for service . Wouldn't hesitate to recommend
