I am still waiting for my money from November 2025 order #42940581. I never received the package, but for two months the company just says they are 'checking.' Their system is a mess! They don't even know if the order was delivered. I never gave DHL Portugal delivery confirmation code to anyone, which proves I never received it, I already moved abroad, but they still have not fix this. Very poor service and way too slow. Completely unsatisfied!

This is my 3rd order, and overall I have them in high regard. Everything always arrives as ordered and intact. This last order I made a mistake with my address, and I was not supported through this as I would have expected, passed around automated responses and representatives who would reply with template messages not addressing my issue.

Very good jacket, nice cut, everything seems very well made but keep in mind it is not for very cold weather becouse the filling in the jacket is thinner

It was easy to buy but not to return. I returned Order number: 43161403 15 BUSINESS DAYS AGO. I ordered return label and items were sent back to their store. I see it was returned back to Bergfreunde on Dec 19 2025. Tracking number DHL 00340434647750208517. I asked this question about refund deadlines 5 times but still got nothing but same automatic robot answer.

I've been ordering from Bergfreunde for years and have never had issues before. However, in the last six months I've found their order processing and shipping speed is frustratingly slow.

My most recent order contains items I need for a holiday in two weeks. I figured two weeks time is more than enough for the items to arrive. Three days have gone by since I placed my order and Bergfreunde have still not processed the order, nevermind shipped it.

This is very frustrating and I now have to order backup items from another company to ensure I have the items for my trip.

I’m surprisssd I have to give this bad review. In my last 10 orders with you, everything was impecabile, until the last order which was cancelled and had an entire discussion with Vanessa regarding the invoice with company details. The company/ngo exist for 25 years in Romania and she tells me that she didn’t match the record for the adress in BZst, even I gave all the options I had for the adress. How should I know how is correct in Bzst? What fault do I have for proceeding this order?
Also the communication with her was very difficult. Almost every time she was telling me the same thing that. “I need your corect adress, and anytime you can private as an private person”
Really? You tell me I can order as a private when explicitly I mention I have to order as a company?
