The general experience was very satisfying.

Wish I could do 0 stars. Terrible service. Trainers arrived 2 weeks later, did not fit so asked for a return. They won’t give full refund only store credit and this only happens if you send the shoes back yourself and pay the shipping fee to china. Joke of a company - scam

THIS IS A TERRIBLE ONLINE COMPANY - DO NOT BUY. The goods take forever
To come from China and they are refusing to give a full refund and they have to be sent back to China at your cost - AVOID!!!!
They keep sending the same message about only a credit to use with them - I would give a zero stars if I could! 😡

Quality of jacket was awful.. Delivery was over 3 weeks, now in the difficult process of returning item..

Do not buy from this company! They sent me the wrong item, wrong colour, wrong size. They refused to acknowledge their error blaming lighting for colour being wrong (I ordered tan, recieved dark brown almost black). The size was maybe a 6, I ordered an 8. The quality of the shoes was so bad, even if they had of fit I would be worried they would just fall apart if worn. Even though it is their error they are refusing to refund me and instead offering store credit. Terrible service all round. If I could give no stars I would. Avoid at all costs!

What an absolute joke this company is!!! Waited 5 weeks for a pair of trainers which I paid top dollar for! They came and the are not a UK 6, these trainers are totally plastic too, basically unaware to the customer these are coming from china and not Birmingham. Trainers far too small and asked for a full refund. They said no you can have 50% of the order in goods of your choice haha !!! Or you can send them back to china at your own expense and risk! But you will wont get your money back just you have to order something else !!! 😡 DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ITS A DISGRACE!

Overpriced for the quality. The product was not as depicted in the pictures and was of noticeably lower quality than described. Delivery also took longer than expected. Overall, not good value for money. Would recommend looking elsewhere.

Total scam. Clothes are nothing like the picture and poor quality from china. They are currently refusing a refund and trying to offer a host of alternatives such as 50 percent credit note etc. Do not recommend

Completely different item delivered, emailed to get a refund, took me 4 emails to even get to the point of being able to return it and now they will only offer a store credit as apparently the item matches their listing. Legitimate fraud, do not buy from this website.

Warning- They do not accept returns! Do not order from this company. The quality is cheap and the returns process is horrendous. They tell you they require all this detail such as photos and information before you can return. You’ll get better quality from Temu and Shein. The clothing is not as advertised. They will avoid letting you return. After receiving a photo, They offer a 50% credit, then a full credit and finally they tell you that you can only have a refund if the item is faulty. They use the photo as evidence it was delivered therefore no return. It is a complete scam of a company that needs investigating.

Ordered over a week ago terrible service gotta go buy another jacket from a better retailer some one who will actually send within 48hrs money and time wasted . customer service is terrible takes forever to get an answer and the phone number is fake it's seems this company is Chinese already contacted fraud investigation not a UK company it says of Birmingham er no fake fake fake it's a scam
