One burner on the stove won't light. When I turn on the lighter, gas comes out, but it doesn't continue. When I contacted the service center, I was informed that the part was missing and they didn't have it, and I would have to wait three months. The fact that the stove I bought brand new was defective has made me lose interest in and trust in the company.

I wrote a 1 star review last year, about my terrible range cooker. You did apparently ask for more details, but due to a family illness issue I did not notice it at the time. I believe therefore the review has been taken down. I would still like this resolved as it has was not dealt with at the time correctly, and once again the oven is not working.
I did send over the paperwork about it not working from purchase and the terrible service and denial that anything was wrong with it. Leaving me with a expensive new, but unsuable oven for 5 years. It was around this time I decided I might attempt a roast xmas dinner for a friend, but it then blew my electrics. Same engineer came out said again there was no issue with the oven. I had done tests on it, with several thermostats and found it was about 40 degrees out - hence why it burnt everything. So, I knew this wasn't ok. But he said nothing was wrong. In fact he was so rude to me and my mother, that I asked him to leave. I demanded a new engineer. Within minutes of his arrival I was told the thermostats were wildly out and there was no wonder why I couldn't use it. He said there was probably an additional issue wrong with it. He ordered parts. I then also had an independent electrican test the oven and confirm the oven was faulty.
On the day of fitting, at my doorstep, he told me he had been told to tell me that he could only come in if I agreed to pay for the parts. (Despite being told that they would be foc by staff on the phone). I refused. I had documented this fault upon purchase. Had the 1st engineer replaced them I wouldn't be in this position.
I had to then wait again, while this was resolved to get them replaced. It was then weeks because they had to order them again, as they had put my parts back into stock. There was then an issue with restock.
When this happened, I contacted citizens rights and it is logged issue with trading standands, and they told me to send you a letter which by law you had to reply to within 14 days, and no one did. I had cc'd in a few people. So I feel I was ignored when purchased, and ignored again later when a legal letter was sent.
Once put back the new parts lasted about a year and broke again. It is currently unusable again - it is blowing my house electrics again.
I have been using a table top microwave/mini oven in this time. In case you want to know how I am surviving.
I need you to be responsible about this and sort it out, once and for all. In all, I have probably used a oven that was very very expensive about 10-15 times when new, then again 10 times once I had new thermostats.
I think people should know how bad the oven and its parts are, and the customer care when things go wrong.

Thank you for your reply. I have sent you an email 13/10/25. I have given you a better email to contact me on - on this matter. This has been going on since I bought it. It is very very complicated. Much more than I review here. Over a long period of time, since purchase. On the whole, the issue has been ignored or denied. Also, I had an independent electrician confirm it was also faulty, first time round. I forgot to mention that, so I have added this into the review. I look forward to your reply, via email.

Thank you to Colin at Bertazzoni for reaching out and helping us resolve this. I have amended my rating to 3, and I will increase again once I have the oven working for a bit.
For anyone that reads this. The oven was distributed through another supplier at the time of purchase and that / they are the reason behind the previous terrible issues. So, I have been very unlucky. I understand Bertazzoni has dissolved that connection, and dealing with people directly, so hoping now everything is finally at last back on track. I certainly cannot fault the helpfulness and swiftness with the direct customer service I have now received.

I am very disappointed that the product I received is not functioning properly. The middle burner cannot keep its flame on.
If you cannot guarantee proper after-sales service, then your dealers should not be allowed to sell your products online.
I have already written several times to both the dealer and Bertazzoni’s service department, but no one has been able to resolve my problem. I would appreciate your prompt assistance in finding a solution.

We have brought and installed a Bertazzoni Speed oven SO24PROX on 5/23(installed months later) in our new remodel home. First issue was the door that closed properly. Bertazzoni sent technician to replace the door. Months later the appliance stopped working. We called Bertazzoni for solution. They sent a technician to fix it. Took a long time to get it back. Waiting for partes to arrive, fix and reinstalled it back. The technician took the appliance to the repair shop. Just after 5/25 when the warranty expired we are facing with the same issue. We only used the microwave function for warming food. I haven't had a chance to use others futures of the appliance. My husband contacted Bertazzoni again. He provided all information necessary. Bertazzoni support reply thru email after long period of waiting for a reply. The appliance wasn't covered under warranty as of 5/25 and they no longer will provide service to it. They did provide us a list of companies names for us call. I called one today. The tech could fix it all. It is a major problem with the mother board and needs to be replaced. He couldn't get the part either. No longer available. My husband called Bertazzoni back and explained the issue. Someone in Support, is supposed to call us back.
Browsing online the reviews related to this appliance, my problem is not unique. To get it fixed is very pricey and time consuming too. We paid for the tech visit today and no success. On reviews, customer had fixed and year late the issue Istill occurred again. The warranty runs out, and we, the customer is left in the cold with a new useless appliance. We want appliances that are reliable that last.
I strong believe, that Bertazzoni should have replaced my appliance at the time we call with the initial issue in 5/24. Our cooktop is a Bertazzoni too.
Please, Bertazzoni replace my appliance.
I am just adding a little information here.
When we contact at 866-995-0010 about the technician being unable to fix the speed oven due to the part(motherboard) no longer available. Today we received a email response from Bertazzoni given the part number and no other option. We knew the part number, the technician had provided us it.
We paid $100 for the tech visit. The cost of part(if you get the part) and labor, we be looking around $600 to $800.
I would like the appliance replaced.
Bertazzoni made no attempt to reach us. We can provide them any information necessary. Bertazzoni tech team has all information, we have provided to them as requested again.
Bertazzoni, please replace speed appliance. I strong advice anyone before buying an foreign country appliance, take a good look on the reviews and tech availability for future problems.
The appliance looks good and matches my cooktop. However, I didn't take the advice I am giving here.
Again, I ask the Bertazzoni to replace the appliance. We had major problem before all this.

In any case, why offer an item if not available in the first place.
Requested for any goodwill gesture or credit from AO for the delay and hassle but wouldn't provide any. Very poor experience.

I ordered the range to fit my farmhouse style kitchen. It looks beautiful and fits nicely. The buttons and handle are charming.
Its just, I had higher expectations of Italian manufacturing and the value of the appliance. The 90cm induction top is really just 80cm, due to the fairly thick frame. The induction doesn't work very well when I need to make a broth. Any broth/stock requires long cooking at a low temperature. However as soon as I go below 4 on the induction, it just keeps doing burst or energy, clicking on and off. This cause for broth to boil rapidly, then not, and so on. Not good for any broth....
The temperature display on the oven shows only low/medium/high, so you really have no clue what the temperature is inside. Who wants to know if a temperature is medium or high these days. Not a practical feature.
It takes a very long time for the range to heat up. Its 2025, this should be much faster.
I also had high expectations from the pizza feature, because its Italian (i know, stereotypes), its not doing anything, even with a pizza stone. The oven turned off/probably overheated after 2 hours on max temp. I preheated oven for 1 hour and had a pizza in. I had to go to the circuit breaker and turn off and on, but it destroyed the pizza.
It only reaches 250 degrees Celsius, I didn't read it properly on the website, my bad.
The door gets hot! My kids have to be careful.
Everyone who visits us, admires out range. Bummer that I cannot recommend it further.

We purchased a 36” built in refrigerator which quickly went bad. Consistently low temperatures in both the refrigerator and freezer, having to throw out food, then the ice maker failing. We spent months trying to get service and the technician they sent came to our home numerous times each time requesting new parts from Bertazzoni and fixing nothing. Fast forward past many phone calls and emails we were issued a replacement unit. Same exact issues ensued and this time some plastic pieces broke on top of the right side refrigerator door causing it not to seal properly. This time they said sorry you’re out of warranty. Bottom line these two units were horrible, service was useless and now we will have to purchase another brand all in less than 2 years. Absolutely advise you avoid this brand completely!

1. The installer without telling us that the gas was not connected. 2. We called our contractor and the gas was not working. The contractor said the gas line was there and the gas was not open because the gas line was closed with a safety feature. The installer should have connected it. He took our money and left us hanging without even telling us. 2. He left the packaging all over the floor and We asked him if he could help us remove it and he refused to help. He said that is not my business and quickly left the apartment. 3. He did not remove the teal plastic on both our ovens by the knobs. 4 We are very disappointed - we bought 2 fridges, 2 ovens and I cooktop and we have already paid and we are left without a functioning cooktop. We are stranded for the Holidays and we hope the right thing would be for Bertazinni to send someone immediately. I asked the installer questions about the oven and he claims he knows nothing. He did not speak to us either about extended warranties. I am expecting a response from Bertozonni regarding the above.

The Bertazonni induction stove did not require an upgrade to 3 phase unlike some other similar productes. Having knobs on the stove cooktop makes it much easier to use and it is great to cook with.

Exercise caution with this company. I invested more than $5000 in a range, and the customer service has been abysmal—almost nonexistent. No one seems to know how to fix the range. Looking for a replacement after owning this range for only 5 years. Avoid at all costs!
