We purchased our Bertazzoni appliances for the aesthetics and that it was branded a “luxury brand”. I’m accustomed to luxury brand service and quality and I can tell you, this fails terribly. If you don’t want to read through the issues and customer service we have had, I suggest going with something that actually is luxury brand. If something isn’t right, the brand should stand behind their product and at least try to make it right. That’s just not the case here.
I have never had so many issues with an appliance and such terrible customer service. We purchased several of the Professional series products but our main issue has been with the 36” dual fuel range. It has a 2 year warranty and we needed to have it serviced before the warranty period was up. It took months and multiple visits. 2 service providers. The first mentioned the thermostat was flawed and needed replacing. The second found it was the electrical panel and door. The first never did the work and a month later I was given a different contracted servicer. I’m not sure that the thermostat ever did get replaced. The second servicer accomplished the work and our oven was functioning okay. Thermostat remained difficult to push the buttons so I just never changed the modes.
Within less than a year from the work that was done, the thermostat completely malfunctioned. I cannot even read what it says and determining what temperature I am trying to heat the oven is a headache. I contacted Bertazzoni and the customer service rep was helpful and said they would follow up. A couple days later, I received an email that stated they couldn’t help as we were out of the warranty period. Okay……… so I contacted the Bertazzoni parts department to have a new one sent for replacement. They referred me to a manufacturer. The manufacturer stated they no longer made it. Mind you, this oven is still being made and sold!!! With the part I need replacing!!! I contacted Bertazzoni parts again to see if they had a newer part or compatable replacement. The answer was quite simply “no. Sorry”
We reached out to Bertazzoni customer support again, twice being told this doesn’t sound right and a manager would give us a call. Instead of a call, we get emails that state the oven is out of warranty period and it’s not their problem.
Very frustrating to say the least considering we paid luxury brand prices for an oven that has lasted us less than 3 years AND I cannot get a part to fix it nor talk with anyone who has any sort of helpful solution. Too bad. They are pretty

Bertazzoni puts zero effort into helping consumers with their products. If it's a few months out of warranty they will pretend you dont have rights. The EU gives us right to repair. I had an impossible problem with a Bertzzoni fridge. The appliance doesnt keep temperature . Im pretty sure it never did. There's nobody in my local area that can look at the fridge. I live in Northern Ireland. They passed me along to several dead numbers. Finally they gave me the number of their guy who didnt like my tone. Well whatever. I was bounced place to place by this company and I had little evidence of their goodwill. I just reminded the guy that I have rights.He told me he didnt have enough experience with their fridges and he couldnt come out to look at my machine. I phoned this company back again and they told me the guy was intimidated by my tone..lol Keep in mind this is not the first time I phoned this company regarding this issue. It is still ongoing 2 years later.Are they even being serious about this? Of course Im upset they didnt want to deal with the issue and made no bones about expressing it.They call me rude but they are very , very rude indeed . I spent nearly 1000 pounds on this machine. It should last longer than a couple years. I have a couple of hundred-pound machine that I bought before this fridge and it's still working . I gave it to my brother in law, This so called Bertazzoni fridge that promises to keep things cold during a power rage cant even keep temperature, it never did, 4 years later I had to have it topped up with freon. The guy who came out here suspects that it's been a slow leak from the start. In between this time Ive had 2 drawers replaced, shelves and now a fridge seal because it's junk to be honest and the temperature matter still isnt resolved. I feel mistreated by this company. I feel jipped.Others feel the same way..Ive been reading the complaints online.

I spent over $12,000 on Bertazzoni appliances that are literally falling apart after 4 years. Appliances should last at least 10 years, but these are embarrassing. The refrigerator door is cracked and won't close, the refrigerator has stopped cooling completely (though the freezer works?), the range vent hood has fallen down onto my stove and the corners are coming apart so that I can't reinstall the hood. My oven won't heat to the correct temperature (if I want to cook at 350 degrees, I have to set the oven at 400). Just overall terrible quality and zero help from customer service. I am extremely frustrated and would not recommend these to anyone. I have sent in my serial numbers and information to build.com and they basically said there's nothing they can do, and Bertazzoni customer service is giving me the runaround. I can't find anyone to work on these appliances either, and they were discontinued so I apparently can't even buy replacement parts.

I recently tried this product and I must say, it’s very nice and of great quality. I really like it and it works just as expected. The design is good, and it feels reliable and easy to use. I’m happy with it and would definitely recommend it to others!

Paid an embarrassing amount for a microwave which is far worse than my old one which cost 5% of the price.
Main gripe: it takes a long time to set the timer. rather than turn a quick knob, you have to press buttons in 10 second increments. For cooking anything more than a minute it's a chore. Rice for 30 minutes? Not happening - especially because the microwave will not let you programme it for more than 10 minutes.
And the programming is another issue. Twice now an engineer has had to fix and repair the microwave by plugging a laptop into it. Huh? That never happened to my £40 microwave, which still troops on 10 years later.
If you have to build a laptop port into your microwave to fix problems, you've built it wrong.
It looks nice at least.

So I thought my stove burners were heating unevenly because half the pan cooked faster than the other half - It turned out that the problem was that my stove wasn't installed evenly, and the maintenance person came and fixed it. I'm hoping I don't get a bill, the 4 stars instead of 5 is because I had to post a review here to get a maintenance person to show up at my house. Once they did, he was very helpful.

NOT WORTH a penny!! After my updated information given a month ago requested by Bertazzoni I haven’t received any service schedule. This company is terrible in providing basic necessary services to fix the malfunctional knob of 100cm Heritage oven (>€7000). When Bertazzoni has no capacity to fix BASIC mechanical problems they blame customers. There are GOOD companies who take sincerely take their responsibility and fix without blaming consumers. Bertazzoni is the worst TERRIBLE company I have ever experienced!! This oven is not even worth €2000!!

I purchased a set of Bertazzoni Professional series appliances (48" gas rangetop, refrigerator and double electric oven). To begin with, the refrigerator was dead when it came out of the box. After many calls and ultimately a complaint to the state attorney general consumer division, they replaced the refrigerator. The replacement came with a dented freezer door when delivered. Fortunately the original freezer was cosmetically fine, so drawer was swapped out. The oven racks have never been level. The company blames it on the installer, but we have verified that the installation is completely level. The rangetop "pan" has a bow in in and griddle will not drain into drip pan properly; only drains into adjacent burner area. Pictures were sent, but manufacturer denied any problem. They refuse to send company representative to look at it and no one local is an approved service rep for this company. I have fought this for over 2 years with very little response and no satisfaction. I do not recommend these products as they are very overpriced for the quality. I definitely do not recommend them for their customer service.

Your agents in the UK do not instill confidence. There is no follow up or contact detail, in particular John Lewis with whom we purchased our stove absolutely no follow up at all. Very disappointing! We are pleased with the product but expected a better service from the supplier.

I love the stove and the way it cooks but it has had one problem after another. The oven display went out in about a year. The rubber strip at the botton of the oven took 3 technicians and 3 parts to fix. Now, the oven comes on and goes off with an FP 130 code and of course it is now out of warranty, having been installed not quite 3 years ago. It is pretty but for 5k I expected better.
Additional info: PROF304DFSBIT is model number purchased around early 2022.

We purchased a Bertazzoni electric range in Dec 2024 for just under £5k from John Lewis. I’m not happy with the purchase. The Hob stopped working shortly after we bought it and we had to wait 3 months (2 technician visits later) before it was fixed. So we had to cook on a camping stove for that time. The top has scratched easily. The temperature is 20 c degrees out from what the dial says it is. I bought a separate oven thermometer to confirm that theory. Generally unhappy and would never purchase another.

What a magnificent range cooker. A real cook's delight. The design is great and the functionality is very sophisticated. A cook can do almost anything. It is quiet too. Of course it is expensive but you get what you pay for. I urge all potential buyers to study the Bertazzoni web site. I have also checked out the company's credentials and reputation is Italy. As I suspected it has an excellent reputation!

I am upgrading my rating from 1 star to 3. Bertazzoni went through the effort of sending us the part we needed for free, even covering shipping. Unfortunately the part was sent long after the repairman had fixed the problem. So I have a backup thermocouple now for if and when this problem reoccurs.

We purchased a Bertazzoni stove/ oven about 5 years ago when we built our home. The oven pilot light has started to cut out and doesn’t stay lit. Turns out our thermocouple is broken. The bertazzoni parts site doesn’t have an appropriate part for our model. Their customer service dept couldn’t locate a part number so they sent us to the parts research department. Part research sent us a link to a spark plug not a thermocouple. We have fully gotten the run around and all we need is the correct thermocouple. We have bought two already, neither fit our oven. Love my range but buy something more reliable. This is ridiculous

Moved into a new home and it has a Bertazzoni 6-burner dual-fuel range. Exciting, except that the ovens and the griddle do not work and after service calls from 2 different techs (plus their service fee to look at it), neither one is able to get parts, nor a straight answer from Bertazzoni as to which parts were even needed. Both gave up, one after putting in 5 weeks of effort in getting info from Bertazzoni. Finally told me to replace it with something else. So disappointing. What good is a premium stove if it's unserviceable?
