My bathroom experience began on 4/10/21, whereby I had to pay almost the full cost of the work on the day the contractor started and the supplies were delivered. The bathroom fitter finished on 27/10 in which he had done a beautiful job at creating a lovely shower room. After many failed appointments an electrician completed the final works mid January 2022. However the previously unused soil pipe that was supposed to be replaced with plastic was not replaced and has leaked badly right outside my patio door. The bathroom was in use for around 2 weeks before I realized this. This was reported to BB on 22/12 and has still not been remedied. I had rubbish piled up in my already tiny back garden for at least 4 weeks before they collected it and supplies piled up against my lounge wall for the same amount of time. BB want the majority of the payment before work commences and seem disinterested after this. I am very unhappy with this company.

Walk in Shower.
We had a walk-in shower installed. It was expensive. Their installation ‘team’ was one man who made a good, neat job but took four days to complete having to manhandle all very heavy materials on his own. He jury rigged the pump for the electrician to install properly later. It took quite a while for the electrician to come to finish the job. When the shower is working, it is very good but it has stopped working on two occasions the last one this week since when it’s been difficult to get them to send someone out to get it working once more. It is impossible to get to talk to any professional when phoning the company about after sales care. I get the impression they just out source jobs. Nice product, expensive but not the easiest company to contact in emergencies.

Excellent fitters
Bespoke Bathing Sales Rep came round and helped make a plan for us to add a ensuite wetroom to a downstairs room to allow dad to live with us.
Warren and Richard were the workmen who came round and did the job for us. They started on the agreed date & completed the whole job inside the timeframe. This was very important since we had arranged a holiday for dad for the work to take place. They arrived at 8am each morning and worked through to the late afternoon to get the job done. They carried out their work in the most professional manner and the result is a wet room far better than we could have ever imagined. Everything was cleaned up and removed on a daily basis.

I have a bathroom designed around the arrogant surveyor of this company. I am now undecided on whether to waste any more energy and money on these people or to write it off and get my bathroom done by proper bathroom specialists. The bathroom is disgusting after only two years, on top of being designed for a left handed person(surveyor).
Up date. This company is disappointed that I am disappointed with their work. They assume I have a o.t and will only listen to them, and not the person, me who has to use the disgusting thing
If this company is that confident in the bathroom they designed why don’t they pay for a o.t assessment? They just assume I have a o.t.

Good and bad
Let me start with the good. We have had a wet room fitted by the 'Welsh boys', Mr Jones and Richard. Great professional fitting, nice guys to boot and cannot fault their work or attitude. 10/10 from me.
I have only marked this as 4/5 due to the disasterous company comms. Our install was delayed repeatedly from the initial date in mid October to this week. Multiple times on a Monday morning we were left expecting an install only to be told, after we called, that it was delayed. We were promised calls back that never happened and were at the point when we wondered if we had been scammed when the install finally happened.
I cannot fault the work but the back office needs some serious work to match the install quality.
We, and I imagine others, are reasonable people willing to accept delays based on a pandemic, brexit and shipping issues but only when kept up to date with realistic dates. Stop making false install date promises you can't keep, sort out your comms promises to keep customers in the loop and reviews are way more likely to be 5 stars even with delays. This purchase was way more stressful and painful than it needed to be.

Due to have shower room installed on 5 December, had heard nothing yesterday so rang, apprarently a letter was sent explaining a delay, we havent received anything and still havent. No idea now when it will happen.Not a good start. I have now received an answer to my review which has completely missed the point.I was making the point that i was at no point told of the delay until i made 3 calls to the company.Your reply does not acknowledge the fact that i had to chase you not you contacting .Despite the many set backs our shower room has been completed to our satisfaction.I would like to say that all of the fitters that came to us were very good and worked to a good standard

We found the two fitters very friendly and very clean in their work.
All work carried out so far has been excellent. we have two small matters to do with floor seam and special wc flush which has been noted.
after each days work the floor coverings in hall way near bathroom were tided up, and our carpets were vacumed accordingly. Mrs Allman

Ref Job no 3358. I am complaining about the service i am receiving from your company . We place an order for a walk in bath 715mm on the 14th July, we were told that the job would commence 5 to 6 weeks. We then received a letter with a date to start 31th August. We then received two letters delaying the original date, these letters give two different reasons for delay. I made numerous phone calls and was told they would ring me back but never did. The only call i received was on the 27th September to say the job was to commence on the 29th September. On delivery of materials i notice there was not enough vinyl flooring, the installer telephoned Bespoke straight away to order more which was delivered the following week, the installer contacted Bespoke to see when the electrician was available he also had no response off Bespoke. The installer carried on with his work keeping us informed at all times, he phoned the electrician himself on Monday 4th October which was the installers 4th day here he was told by the electrician that he would be here on the 6th/7th he arrived on the 7th but we weren't at home due a hospital appointment when he carried out the installation. We were then informed that the end panel was to small, the installer had already phoned Bespoke. Later that evening we went to have a look at the bathroom and check where the isolating switch was and saw it was at the back of our airing cupboard about 9 inches off the floor and obstructed by the shelves. As i am disabled and cannot bend i have no access to this spur outlet. I have rung Bespoke on numerous occasions and told i would be kept informed about the panel, unless i phone no reply off Bespoke regarding the panel and flooring still to be laid in the annex room. I keep getting the same answer should be in next week, but still has not arrived. I am very disappointed with the service off yourselves.

APPALLING EXPERIENCE
The job was supposed to start on 4/10/21, but the fitter was sent to an address with a postcode of approximately 100 miles away. On 5/10/21 the job and problems started.
Before the fitter could start fitting anything he had to pick up extra piping and a radiator, the latter being left off original delivery. During the night on 6/10/21 we had water pouring down walls in hall, the new radiator was leaking. It was then discovered that the fitter had accidently knocked two holes in an adjacent bedroom wall, which had annoyingly been newly decorated. Fitter subsequently repaired the leaking radiator and plastered and painted the damaged area in the bedroom.
As the job progressed, it was found that several items had either been wrongly ordered or not delivered. The shower seat was the wrong type, the glass fronted vanity unit was wrong, no lights or shaver point as ordered, tall wall cabinet wouldn’t fit the space available, measurements were obviously incorrect. Fitter had to purchase a pump in order to enable him to get enough water pressure to the shower. This was on original order but not delivered. He also had to purchase a new WC cylinder which was delivered broken. In addition, I had ordered rails to go around the shower, these were not included in the delivery.
The fitter had to leave without finishing the job due items missing or wrong. I have subsequently cancelled any outstanding deliveries as I have been appalled by the whole experience and want nothing more to do with Bespoke Bathing.
I have had several building jobs done previously and am quite used to unforeseen problems cropping up which have to be dealt with unexpectedly. However I consider the problems occurring this time seem to have been mostly to do with the bad organisation and planning by Bespoke Bathing.

Refurbished Wet Room
We had a complete refurbish of a very tired wetroom
Fantastic job - absolutely first class. The team that carried our the work were excellent, polite, pleasant , efficient and they worked SO hard - never stopped. Two brilliant guys.
The room is transformed and we are really REALLY pleased - would recommend this team and this Company to anyone. 10/10 outcome for me.

My husband was struggling to use our shower room as it was, so we decided to have it updated to enable him to use it more independently.
We had had a few different quotes, in the end we decided to go with Bespoke Bathing Company.... I'm so glad we made that decision.
Our experience from start to finish has been amazing. We felt the customer service department was great, very cheerful staff. The sales rep that visited us was very professional and knew what he was talking about.
Joe our bathroom fitter was extremely polite and charming, he tried to work so there was minimum disruption for us...bless him! I would recommend him all day long. Excellent work Joe!

An excellent service and done at a very good price
Bespoke Bathing recently completed work at my property; a plumbing issue resulting in very low water pressure and an unusable shower in a wet room.
The engineer that attended the property was very knowledgable and extremely courteous, His workmanship was of an excellent standard. He quickly identified the problem and explained the process clearly to me and completed the job to a high standard. I had been told by another company I would need to purchase an expensive replacement pump, but Bespoke Bathing identified the issue as pipe debris. Having cleaned and serviced the pump, the engineer soon had it working perfectly. Such honesty is really appreciated.
The engineer also worked on a shower unit and was able to quickly replace the mixer unit. He did this very efficiently and now the unit is working perfectly.
The engineer was extremely professional and very tidy. It is small,honest and efficient businesses such as Bespoke Bathing that seem to be able to offer a high level of service at a reasonable cost combined with a personal touch that larger companies miss so often.

Reading all the reviews I can only say we must be incredibly unlucky with 8ur bathroom after paying alot of money it has been problem after problem, I am not a moaner and have been extremely patient but the latest important issue is our walk in shower with disabled seat keeps stopping working so 5 weeks ago an engineer came out to sort it out among other things sink plughole tarnished so he said he will arrange to send a replacement, still not arrived the shower was OK for a couple of days but the started again but now stops working for longer periods, I have rang every week and told engineer will contact you either Wednesday or Friday and each Friday comes and I have no phone call and think am I on some laughter show but sadly not it really is their customer service which us diabolical no one ever rings you even just to say sorry we havnt forgotten you but..... I wouldn't recommend them that's for sure l. We are looking st taking things further as a walk in shower fitted but can't use it half the time ??? Can't be worth £8,000 can it ?
