Foolishly trusted the sales rep. He Said there was a cooling off period. Turns out there is no cooling off period for a commercial contract
Currently seeking legal advice as been signed up for a seven year contract. Paying fees to another company for equipment too.

Sales rep wouldn’t let me read the contract before signing . He caught me during a moment of weakness

This new telephone installation was completed with very little disruption. Lee was excellent in explaining how the system worked and went through the telephone features in a clear and concise manner. Lee was excellent in all aspects of the installation.

I signed a new phone contract with the sales representative who was pleasant but dishonest.
He did not at any point let me know that I was signing a 60 month leasing contract with BNP Paribas. The first thing I knew about this when £436.00 was taken from my account. I rang Better, the company, who say they would then credit the difference to make the price agreed which is £ 110.00. They also charge a admin fee of £150.00 which they say they will credit if I invoice them . To date I have not received this credit. I have made over 15 call to the company who promise to come back to me but never do. The representative also said he would cancel my BT contract which is not done so also paying BT and Better. The whole situation is totally unacceptable. Please avoid this company as they do not tell you about the leasing contract. I have three sites signed up with them of which two have better broadband and the third site is not live with Better but I am still being charged by better and BT

We have just had Lee Dale set up our phones in the office, the transition from Grandstream to Yealink has been smooth and Lee was clear with his instruction and installed the phones with ease.
We have them all working with our mobile App and on our PC's.
Bettercomms Upgrade
Alan, our technician, was here for a little while, as our equipment delivery was late. Despite this setback, He remained cheerful and worked unobtrusively to upgrade our phone system. We are very happy with the service we have received.
Great Service
We had our new phones installed today by Lee. He arrived early and had sorted everything within an hour. The new mobile apps work really well and will make answering calls a lot easier in our busy workshop

If you want to be messed about, then this is the company you want! What they say and what they do are two different things!
So a young chap comes in and does the sale pitch, say we will sort out any part of you current contract! but when it comes to it all they give you is the run around.
Then there is the finance part, do they tell you that the "the phone system" is on a lease contract. NO!
Do I think this is going to get messy, YES, di I trust this company NO!
Ok so of the 2/4/26, spoke to the owner
that sorted the whole job out within 5 mins.
