Cheaper than others, but lacks online services
Easy to get a quote and apply, at competitive prices. Unfortunately didn't get a confirmation email after purchase (spam and junk folders checked) and had to contact them to ask for it. Got the confirmation a few days later but no legal contract or documents, only an email with the order number, saying I'm covered and the expiring date, which doesn't look professional or even authentic. It would be nice to have an online account that you can use to login and check your plan's details (something I've had with other insurance companies). So far no bigger issues. Let's hope I don't need to make a claim, but if I do I'll update this review accordingly.

Exceptional service
Exceptional service! Really polite and helpful customer service. Clear instructions provided for the purpose of making a claim and once all required documents were supplied my claim was accepted within 2 working days. I received my replacement the following day after I had paid my excess fee. Since my original device was the latest iPhone, the refurbished grade A device was in prefect condition also. I couldn’t recommend them enough!

So far not great. I never received a policy document, I had to email several times to get a response, and when I did get a response the link to my document just took me to their website. Wishing i'd gone with a bigger name to save this hassle.

Good insurance
I have two phones insured. I had to claim insurance twice, they are getting back on the same even on weekends. I have sent phone to get my screen repaired. Claim is not very complicated, you need to have couple documents.
