BetterMed Urgent Care is the BEST! The receptionists and nurses are always friendly and helpful when you arrive. The doctors and nurse practitioners are very caring and are always spot on when diagnosing problems. Even though I have a family physician, I am very lucky to have a BetterMed close to me because it is a quick and convenient way to get help when needed.

Was seen in timely manner. The NP that serviced us need to start an IV line and he choose the wrong type of needle and he had a bloody mess to clean up he admitted he did not get right needle and had the nurse help him cap the needle to keep the mess to a minimum. I wondered what kind of NP we had if they did not use the proper medical equipment but other than that he was very nice and professional. His overall dx was correct confirmed by CT scan a few days later

Rushed to ER
Dr. immediately realized that I had pneumonia and was in need of hospital. I was given the necessary papers to take to the ER with me. They offered to call for transport but my husband agreed to meet me and take me to the hospital so my friend who brought me in could go home.

Great staff, great service
I prefer this urgent care location over any other. The staff is always professional and courteous. Despite us arriving a few minutes before closing, they took great care of my 89 year old mother suffering from dementia. Very patient and understanding. Great staff.
