Very professional and efficient. I came in for a Covid test for international travel and was out in 20 minutes.

Staff was very pleasant and knowledgeable

Great staff and personality. Definitely have been here more than twice for urgent care notice even late notice. Will definitely recommend, when the office is not busy, you're expecting to be there minimum 15 mins. You can do walks-in, highly recommend you to check their website and choose an appointment of your day of or next day. Please give it about minimum 2 hours ahead of appointment schedule to save time due to walk-in.

The pain cream given did not work…My son was taken to ER within 4 hrs of treatment and the boil was lance and drained.. This was after the staff at Bettter Med said it was not ready to be lanced. Very painful experience for my son. Also costly as I had to pay additional fees for ER VISIT.

We are happy to have BetterMed Urgent Care in Ashland which makes it close to our home. We have used this facility several times for cuts, sprains, fractures & breathing issues. Excellent care, short waits, informative, helpful and caring staff.

All around a great visit! Staff was courteous, professional and no long wait time.

I was treated at the BetterMed in Colonial Heights Virginia the front staff was very engaging and knowledgeable the check in was very quick I was taken to the back in an exam room the nurse came in very friendly and very sensitive to my medical condition and within minutes the dr came in she made the process very easy and it made me feel at ease.I deathly recommend this place.

Felt very pressured by dj to take the COVID test when I was 90 percent sure I’ve already had COVID and that my symptoms were typical of bronchitis which I get every year once. Wasted my money on the test.

The staff was awesome. Very accommodating, pleasant and friendly. I wasn’t rushed, my blood pressure was elevated and they took it 3 times and each time it had decreased. Monica the NP was exceptionally pleasant.
