The run around
Normally, I give you 5 stars because you're awesome but this last visit, my scripts were messed up. They had to be sent to another pharmacy because mine was closed for a holiday. When I got there, there was only one med and I didn't realize it until I got home. I called Better Med a half dozen times before I could get someone on the phone only to have the script sent to my closed regular pharmacy...which I didn't find out about until I got to the 24 hour pharmacy. I had to pay full price with a small discount but I got the medication.

My time is valuable too
Immediately taken to a room which was awesome however you sit there for over an hour and wait. You’re not there because you feel good. Let me wait in my car or a normal chair until you’re ready. Making you wait over an hour is ridiculous!
Note: I don’t like to give reviews if I’m not happy but your persistent emails and texts won’t stop so blame yourself.
