We couldn’t have moved without Better! Olly, James and the crew were fantastic throughout our 2-day move. We were able to carry on as normal until the day before the move. The team then packed and loaded all of our many possessions securely and efficiently, and we vacated our old house at 12pm. There was a delay whilst we waited for the keys to our new property, but the boxes flew off the lorries once the crew got to work, and the lads were happy to put the boxes in whichever rooms we wanted them. All done with a friendly and can-do attitude. An exceptional experience. Thank you very much.

Better Removals handled my packing and move this week, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service. The team of six was professional, courteous, and consistently respectful throughout the entire process. Their attention to detail and care with my belongings really stood out.

Even when there was an unexpected delay of a few hours waiting for keys at the new property, they remained patient and accommodating without any issue.

The highest praise I can give is that I wouldn’t hesitate to use Better Removals again in the future, and I would confidently recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and first-class moving service.

I moved house on Friday 13th (unlucky for some!) March and Better Removals did both the packing up of our belongings and the removal and I could not be more impressed with the service from Better Removals. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless, efficient and genuinely stress free. The team arrived exactly on time, introduced themselves politely and got straight to work with an impressive level of care and professionalism. Every item—big or small—was handled with real attention, and they took great care to protect both the furniture and the property. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a smooth, reliable, and extremely professional removal service. Five stars all around—thank you for making the move such a pleasant experience!

We were recommended to use Better Removals by a friend who used them last year, and we were not disappointed. The whole process from beginning to end was seamless. From the first call with the office to evaluate the cost of the move, to the removal team coming to pack the day before the move. Also, any dealings with the office team regarding any queries was very professional. Then, on the day the removal team arrived and were superb in loading everything on the van in quick time, and arriving at the new property and unloading just as efficiently. This included breaking down large furniture and putting it all back together on arrival. We would highly recommend Better Removals to anyone who wants a hassle free move.

Better Removals is a highly professional company. Right from the survey to quote through to the actual day was a very smooth and stressless process. Their communication is excellent, they are extremely helpful, great advice and nothing is too much trouble. On moving day, the removal team were fabulous, took great care of our worldly goods, were polite, approachable and really friendly guys. They worked methodically and had our house emptied in a couple of hours. Cannot not fault the service, would highly recommend them and would not hesitate to use them again

This is my second move organised by Better Removals. They were so good the first time that I had no hesitation in asking for their help again. Professional, helpful and very pleasant to deal with. The removal men did an excellent job, dealing expertly with any problems that arose, and leaving my furniture and the many packed boxes in the right place in my new home.

Better Removals have just completed our move for us and did an amazing job. They packed our old house up for us and did a very efficient job of unloading it all in our new house. In what could have been the most stressful of times, the whole process was handled extremely well, from the initial quote from Mike to the 4-day packing and removal process lead by Ollie. The whole team was sunny, respectful and professional. We are very glad we chose Better Removals and would certainly recommend them.

Fantastic removal company from start to finish. My booking was made at very short notice, due to a delayed exchange of contracts. The quote was done with Paula via a video call and was surprisingly easy. Paula was friendly, polite and very professional. The quote was emailed very quickly.
On removal day, the team of Ben, Carl and Paul arrived on time and were all very friendly, polite and respectful of the furniture and property. They worked extremely hard and were an absolute pleasure.
I would recommend this company to anybody looking for a reliable, professional removal service.

WOW - we were so impressed with Better Removals. We had a very short period between exchange and completion, and were worried about finding a removals company at short notice and so close to Christmas. But we needn't have worried! Paula gave us our quote really quickly, was on hand to answer all our questions and was generally very prompt and efficient. We then had the guys with us for three days to pack, load and unload. They were all really polite, friendly, and did an excellent job (nothing broken!) but we have to give a particular shout-out to Rick and Ben who really went above and beyond. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Better Removals, and would certainly use them again in future!

We received quotes from a few companies and while this company wasn't the cheapest, we went with them due to their positive reviews. The sales team were great, even letting us move dates at short notice. The gentleman who initially came over for the quote was polite and non pushy and gave great advice on how to pack things securely. On the move day itself, the team were lovely and very accommodating. They looked after all our items and were cheerful and friendly throughout a very long day. I whole heartedly recommend this company. I chose Better Removals as, of the many firms that contacted me, they were the only ones which were members of BAR. As it turned out it was the best decision I made. From the initial survey to the kindness of the office staff and carrying out the move nothing was too much trouble including coming before the move date to help clear my bookshelves and take the many (heavy) boxes downstairs ready to be collected by a charity. Throughout Rick and his team were professional, respectful of my property and unfailingly cheerful which made such a difference. I cannot recommend Better Removals highly enough you are just the best!!!

From start to finish Better Removals have been a pleasure to deal with. They were very friendly and accommodating and coped with dates moving constantly. Rick, Luke and Karl on packing and removal day were a credit to your company too. Very caring and patient with my elderly mother who has memory loss and keeps asking same questions. Everything packaged beautifully and arrived safely. Rick was fast and carefully packed all the items. Luke and Carl even laid the room out for mum and plugged in lights, which meant the world to my mum and helped with her big and emotional move.
