An update to my previous review
An update to my previous review. We recieved our table and chairs exactly 9 weeks after placing the order. We ordered based on a quoted delivery time of 3-5 weeks! Communication with Beut did improve, and they were very apologetic and polite but the net result was still a poor performance against stated delivery time. They did mention next day delivery when in stock and compensation, but sadly that didn't materialise either. Infact a promised delivery by 12 noon happened at 5!
The table and chairs are lovely, and available from other suppliers!

We’re glad to hear you love the table and chairs, but we understand that our delivery timeline did not meet your expectations. We do our best to meet our estimated lead times. We have taken your feedback seriously and are actively working on improving. From time to time, supply chains including the production and transportation can be effected by reasons out of our control.
We also understand your frustration with our response times when you were trying to follow up with an ETA for your order. It was an exceptional week for us as a small family business, with one staff member away and another unexpectedly needing to leave due to an unexpected turn of events during their wife’s cancer treatment as explained to yourself. Of course, this is not the everyday here at beut, but was what the team were up against that week.
We’ve investigated the delivery situation and want to clarify that our driver, who we trust and work closely with, did attempt to deliver at the planned time of 12 - 12.30 PM. However, as your wife mentioned, she needed to leave close to 12.30pm. Our driver offered to return later in the day, after 4 PM. Indeed your wife said on the phone that this time might be better given you would be home then as well and it would save the rush. This arrangement was agreed upon, and the delivery and installation were completed between 4 and 5 PM, confirmed at 4:45 PM with ourselves. After speaking with you this week, we do appreciate that some information was misinterpreted from our conversation on the phone beforehand on the delivery. In the circumstances, we do not feel as though our driver could have done a better job this day.
Additionally, we upgraded your delivery from standard kerbside to a white glove service, which includes taking away the packaging and assembling the table.
Your experience is important to us, and we’re committed to improving our processes to better serve our customers.

Fantastic service and product! I realised after purchasing I chose the wrong colour lid on the salt and pepper shaker and after emailing I was assured the one I wanted is going to be sent out and next day I did receive it! The transaction even with my error was smooth. Great, will definitely buy again but making sure I choose right the first time :)

A beautiful product smoothly managed
I ordered a Coordonne Core Edo mural for a very large wall. However, as we hadn't moved yet, I wasn't sure of the exact measurements so I put the order on hold for several weeks. When I was finally ready to confirm, Beut picked up exactly where I left off and sent me several mock-ups to view. The paper was ready early and the process of shipping to a new build that didn't yet have a postcode was so smoothly managed by Dixie Greenslade. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them
