I placed my order (no. 1000374548) over a month ago. After 10 days I had heard nothing (longer than the lead time stated at the time of ordering) so emailed to follow up. I was told that in fact the item was out of stock, but it would be in stock the following week and would be shipped on a next day service. I was annoyed but let it go.

The ‘in-stock’ date came and went with nothing from Beut. It has been a further 10 days since then (over a month in total) and still radio silence.

Either this is misleading information on the website plus appalling customer service, or just a scam company.

Fabulous good quality products & a very professional service. Wallpaper fits to perfection after giving bedroom measurements & rearranging pattern in order not to have our birds hidden by the bed headboard & chests of drawers.👍Thanks Dixie for understanding the needs of your customers. I will not hesitate to recommend your company.

I have ordered wallpaper, was waiting for order. After while I have contacted the company and spoken to very nice and helpful lady, 3 days after conversation got my delivery.

hasn't delivered. hasn't updated. hasn't returned my emails. it's been over a month now :(

Fantastic service and product. This is the 2nd mural I have purchased with beaut and it looks amazing. Couldn't be easier to order, submitting the measurements of the wall you want to paper, beaut come back with a simulation of the chosen style, adjusted to fit your space. The paper is great quality and easy to apply. Highly recommend!

We ordered the cordoned core eco mural wallpaper. Dixie was absolutely wonderful in helping us to get our measurement spot on. The attention to detail was impeccable and the wallpaper looks incredible. I can’t speak highly enough about Beut! Thank you so much.

I ordered a Kartell masters stool, when removing the protective wrapping taped on with paper tape the stool coating came off on the tape. Clearly an issue with the stool, not with Beut. My email was responded to immediately by Dixie who arranged a new stool to be delivered to replace this which arrived 2 days later. Completely hassle free. The communication and customer service from Dixie was excellent throughout. Website/ordering and delivery communication excellent, I will definitely purchase from Beut again.

Quality glass, sturdy, beautiful design....if there is one negative it was the lack of protective delivery packaging, just in a plastic bag...could easily be broken before using it..but miracally it wasn't

We ordered a wallpaper mural and the quality and finish is fantastic. The team at beut adjusted the cropping of the design to our request, communication was great and delivery inside the advertised time frame. Very happy

I’ve ordered wallpaper and it has not been delivered. The courier delivered somewhere, but not to me. I cannot get a response from customer service, no one has called me back. I have to pay for the decorator and I’m terribly frustrated.

The ordering process was seamless. Delivery of Kartell Chairs was within a couple of days ( a number of weeks with other companies)

Dixie in customer support was excellent, responded promptly to any queries submitted and was always courteous and understanding in her responses. This was my third purchase with Beut in recent months and I have no hesitation in recommending Beut very highly. Thanks for your service, Tom O D, York
