Exceptional customer service from Bigatmo. I purchased some Meso aviation sunglasses years ago which I use for flying. The product is fantastic and works so well when transitioning from looking outside the plane to looking at the panel. When I recently noticed that the lenses had become scratched from many years of use I contacted Lou who was super helpful as always. I sent the frame back to Bigatmo and they have replaced the lenses for what seems a very reasonable cost and I have what looks like brand new sunglasses with a new case and accessories thrown in. This is a great business with excellent customer service which is so very refreshing these days !

I purchased a pair of Alutra Photochromic (copper/brown) Sunglasses recently after finding my High Contrast Zeolite (grey) seemed to be lacking clarity on airline flight displays.

Before purchasing I spoke with Bigatmo describing the scenario I had with my zeolite lens. Both Al and Lou were fantastic and helpful in discussing what might be the best way forward, with Al offering his own experiences of using different lenses flying airlines.

Bigatmo sunglasses have certainly been the best I’ve used for aviation and Lou and Al clearly have plenty of knowledge and a passion for the product being fit for purpose and right for the individual.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Bigatmo and will continue being a very happy customer!

These are great sunglasses.

I am a glider pilot and have used Bigatioms for several years. I have a pair of Tropo - Brunello Titanium Frame Photochromic Sunglasses (#0105) and have bought an extra pair because my wife likes them too.

Great sunglasses, I am wearing them for years now. They fit perfectly under your pilot headset without disturbing the active noise cancelling or hurting your ears. The color of the glasses is great for flying.
I recently needed a pair with prescription and that wasn't a problem either. Great service and good help!

I’ve been using BIGATMO for over 10 years now. In my opinion the absolute best aviation sunglasses available. Lightweight frames, fit comfortably under all headsets (Bose, DC, Campbell’s, Alpha, Clarity Aloft…) from airline flying to aerobatics. The Alutra lenses with gradient silver mirror complement the commercial environment beautifully and offer exceptional clarity even in low light conditions. Wonderful customer care over the years and a superb product.

These are by far the best aviation glasses i’ve ever had in my so far in my 36 year flying career. The orange tint ones are an absolute must in an airliner flight deck. With bright light outside and dark inside. They are very light weight and seem as strong as a tank. Would definitely recommend.

Superb quality sunglasses for a very good price. Prompt free delivery and good returns policy allows for easy trialling.
Perfect for aviation use. Lightweight and comfortable but robust. Snug fit around the head with the thin flexible arms keeps sunglasses comfortably secure.
Kept the Strato grey lens/graphite High-contrast and the Exo - Brunello Titanium Frame Photochromic Sunglasses. The latter are great for dealing with varying light levels.
Highly recommended.

The materials used for these sunglasses are of the highest of quality and unique shapes which are hard to find like the Exo range. They also offer delivery via DHL and FedEX instead of the Post Office which is a big plus, very pleased with my new shades.

Probably my fifth pair of bigatmo sunglasses, Love them, Unfortunately, lost a few but keep having To replace them, Unbelievably clear lenses and great for Flying! I’ve had a pair since they started and the customer service has always been excellent! Couldn’t recommend more!

Bigatmo sunglasses came recommended and they certainly live up to the hype. The lenses are great for the Flight Deck environment. The frames are super light and the arms of the glasses sit comfortably under a headset.

My new sunglasses arrived the day after I placed the order and I have worn them both while driving and flying and I am amazed how good they are. They are the best pair of sunglasses I have ever owned. The clarity of them is incredible and they are very well made. I would recommend them to anyone and only wish I had ordered them sooner.

Very pleased with my new glasses and excellent customer service. Lou was very helpful and friendly when I wanted to change the lens colour on my glasses and swapped them for my new choice with no fuss. Would highly recommend to any pilot looking for new glasses or anyone for that matter.

Excellent sunglasses for flying
I needed a new pair of sunglasses for flying.I called and had a chat with Lou who gave me excellent advice. The sunglasses arrived promptly the next day.
I've worn the sunglasses at work for the last 3 days and they are superb. So light and comfortable to wear and my eyes are well protected whilst still allowing me to see all the screens in the flight deck.

The sunglasses I ordered , whilst apparently excellent glasses, were not wide enough for my face. Louise was very obliging but I decided to return for a refund; the refund was handled without fuss and very promptly.

Lou and Ali were incredibly helpful. There knowledge and experience of what sunglasses pilots require is unquestionable. I visited their showroom to try on and ask questions, this was invaluable. I work for a low-cost airline and these new sunglasses are faultless. I recommend BIGATMO to fellow pilots.
