Hi, I have lived in spalding for 13 years and for some reason this is the 1st time I have ordered from here, the moment I took hold of my order I was impressed as it was still piping hot.
Things only got better from there, the food was absolutely delicious, nice and hot and very generous portion sizes.
I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone wanting a Chinese takeaway

Absolutely without doubt the best takeaway I've had for years....huge accolade but true!!!!
I'm just glad I ordered loads so I've got some for tomorrow....really lush food and Sandy on the phone was the happiest sounding person I've ever spokd to...so great to speak to someone who's obviously busy taking orders but in no rush at all within the conversation...top quality food and service

If I could give no star to wright this review I would jade kitchen is awful we ordered the food was reheated from last night and chips was black never in my life have I seen food so disgusting I also tried to get in touch for a refund bigfoodie what nothing to do with it and tell u to ring takeaway who fob u off saying that big foodie have to ring them so they both pass the buck only thing takeaway said I can give u 1/2 price meal next time which I won’t get as I will never use again

Golden Bowl is the best Chinese takeaway ever ! I will not order from anywhere else ! I have to order extra salt and chilli chicken wings, because we fight over them haha. Thanks Golden Bowl! Tracy x

The food was cold when it arrived, and one of the dishes was half empty. When I contacted Bigfoodie, all I got was rubbish from their chatbots. No customer service whatsoever!!

3 1/2 hour wait.
I know it’s NYE but the timer given when ordering online showed 55mins. I was expecting a delay but when I saw this assumed it was accurate.
No compensation given or anything mentioned or apolgies. Except from the delivery driver (who’s fault it isn’t).
I recommend providing correct wait times in future. However usually always really good delivery.

Ordered food at 6.35pm it’s now 22.39 no food! Tried to talk with bigfoodie no response!! Tried restaurant no one answering phone no refund!!! Could not cancel order said to ring restaurant but as not answering that couldn’t be done!! Absolutely disgusting ruined New Year’s Eve !!!

Restaurant very slow and Big Foodie no help despite taking commission on my order. You should take some responsibility for the restaurants you advertise.

Placed the order nearly 2 hours later still had not arrived and when I wanted to cancel the order they said they had to wait for food to be returned absolutely disgusting the guy who answered phone was rude worst service I’ve ever had

Food was spot on time, piping hot and fresh. Proper food made in store, best Chinese in Hertford.
