Always great food and taste. Delivery driver is always friendly and polite. Highly recommend.

Really quick delivery, hot and tasty food, webpage did not really update and was still showing as cooking when delivered which was strange, but in the end I still got my food early so cannot really complain.

Can’t fault Four Seasons, the food is amazing and it’s a fast delivery, great value for money and definitely would recommend you try it.

Waited 2 hours for our food when it should have been 55 mins, when it came the chips were disgusting they were cold and hard it was as though they had been left overs from the day before. If they state a time then it should come on time.

It wasn’t the driver. It was the take away Chinese. The woman I called after waiting 90 mins was incredibly rude. We are 30 seconds away in terms of delivery and she told me the delivery had been out for 20 mins. When I questioned why we weren’t first on the list given how close we were, she became very rude and told me ‘calm down’ when I simply asking a reasonable question.

The driver was a nice fella but had got the delivery address wrong initially. This review is for the restaurant and the incredibly rude woman on the end of the phone. Totally unnecessary the way she was. Feel sorry for anyone having to work with her. If I could award a minus , I would. For her.

Ordered our Chinese food for a set delivery time and it turned up 40 mins early. Totally unprepared for this, one of us in the bath, the other in the shower. The delivery driver left it on the doorstep and disappeared (the option was to have it handed to us). If I’d gone for collection, I’d be waiting at the takeaway way past the time before getting my food. Not a good experience!

Awful service waited an hour and 15 mins then rang they said it was on its way but didn’t turn up for another 35 minutes after that. Turned up and my chips are cold absolute waste of money. I will not be ordering from here again. An absolute joke! Don’t know any takeaway that has made me wait this long before even when busy.

Fabulous food, excellent service, very reasonable prices. Will definately highly recommend to my friends.

I use Google Chrome on my laptop, but I also tried with microsoft. I could not order via the desk top, there is no scrolling facility, and although I could click on the titles, I couldn't see everything in the list. so frustrating, there are no other ways of ordering a Chinese online either, all the other food websites, or even the direct websites aren't available for ordering a Chinese. All our local Chinese places just send you to big foodie to order, but we can't order!

After waiting 2 hours for food to be delivered and to be told by the restaurant it would be at least another 30 minutes I cancelled the order and requested a refund only to be told I would need to contact Big Foodie as they deal with the payments. It has now been 3 weeks since I first contacted Big Foodie requesting a refund and I’m still waiting. Never again.
**Just to update. Within 30 minutes of this review I was contacted by Big Foodie and little over a hour later the refund had been initiated and I thank them for that. It was certainly a prompt response but, as I pointed out to customer services, it’s unfortunate that it took a negative review to get things sorted.

Chowmein appeared without noodles but with rice. Thats my main reason for ordering was the noodles. Just have a bowl of rice instead for some reason...

As usual the food is excellent, the thai green curry was delicious, delivered in a very good time and piping hot, never had a bad meal yet.
Brilliant

Been going here for years, subpar but nit bad,now prices have gone up and portions have gone down badly. New owners?not sure but for price ain't worth it.
