This was one of the best meals we have had from you. My husband had problems eating his meals but to see him eat this meal wow he really loved it and he ate it all. Thank you

Food was as good as normal but apparently they don’t bring your food to your door!! I live in flats and have 2 young children he phoned me and said my food is outside explained j can’t come out as I have 2 young children and he sighed at me on the phone, so I asked my neighbour to run and collect it for me and he said how we don’t deliver to doors sure it’s called delivery for a reason really not happy with them!!

This site does not protect the user. It is dishonest to the letter. Every time I place an order there is issues and no way to address it. My latest order was supposed to be 40 minutes. Placed the order and now 100 minutes have gone and the Passage to India phone has bee off the hook for 30 minutes

Excellent service and food, when i fancy a Chinese meal l always use this take a way.

We always have a great experience and never any issues. Tonight we were very disappointed, the delivery was 1hr 40mins and the food was luke warm/cold and had to be re-heated. The food tasted delicious, as it always does so there was no complaints with that.
The delivery time and temperature is the only reason we gave 3 ⭐️

I paid £18+ for the beef to be extremely chewy, the meat I had in cantonease sauce was absolutely disgusting.
The only decent thing was the curry sauce but the rest of the food was awful

According to the web site my food had been delivered. As per instructions rang restaurant and was told its on its way but not delivered. 10 minutes later it arrived. Sort out your web site Foodie.

I have been a customer of The Knight of Bengal since it opened *AHEM* years ago. It has consistantly been the best Take Away in Caldicot, and when I have had the opportunity, a great restaurant experience. It is a little more expensive than the others, but well worth it. My last take away did not dissapoint and was delicious. I will definitely be ordering again.

Hi. Apologies to Shanghai star Donnington for my hangry chase up call ,,,,,, food when it arrived was amazingly delicious. Highly recommended. But 2.5 hour wait for delivery 1.5 miles down the road is too much. Would be a definite 5 rating if speedier service

Ordered food online at 18.47 but food didn't arrive until 21.00 & that after I rang them twice first time at 20.15ish told it would be 10-15mins but still hadn't had it so rang again at 20.55 told food was on the way.arrivied just after.i have never had to wait 2hours for a order to be delivered.then food was OK.

Cold, raw, horrible food. 1hr 40mins for delivery.
Half price next time we order, safe to say we won't.

Food ok but a hour and a half delivery time was ridiculous!

Previous experience of this service was great, but tonight has been very poor! Firstly when I phoned 20 minutes after my delivery was due, went through to an answer machine, on second occasion of trying, got through, passed to someone who eventually told me the order was ready and would be with me soon. This was 5-10 minutes later. A little peeved because has pre-ordered this in the afternoon online.

Always good service and the food is A1 quality.

So ive been ordering here a lot and im really really impressed with everything, everything from the curries to the sides are always perfect! i always get freebies which is really nice of them. (thank you) i cant rate this highly enough. 5 stars!
