The collection was very easy and professional and full payment was made and has been received and also my finance cleared, Mark Stewart the purchase manager provided exceptional service and kept me up to date all through the selling process . Highly recommended.

Very quick and simple to sell my bike. The Big Moto transactions were all automated and the transport company SOS communicated well via telephone; the sale went through within minutes of the SOS inspection at my house. Money in the bank before he left with the bike. Smoth.

Absolute pleasure to deal with. They have been meticulous with everything and making sure the bike was right before delivery. Matt Long has been excellent with any questions I have had throughout the process 5* service. Would 100% recommend.

Richard was so helpful and patient. He was happy to explain everything to me and answer any questions I had. He was also happy to send things over to me so I had time to look things over before committing to the bike. Everything was sorted out efficiently and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Bigmoto to people from my experience thus far.

This review currently only covers Richard and the initial impressions of dealing with sales and finance. I am hopeful that the rest of the process will be just as good but will be back to update this review once I have had my bike delivered and dealt with their after sales. Thanks again, Richard. Went to BigMoto Dudley. Saw a sales guy (asian origin) who advised me to put my bike,s details to online platform for an evaluation. Completed the form while sitting there. Once completed and evaluation given, i Was told by the same sales person that online evaluation is only valid if I buy my next bike through big moto as well (which was an absolute lie).
Anyway, I left and was later told by another dealership that this is only a sales tactic and if i continued on link sent by bigmoto and choose home pickup, I will still get same money given that condition meets the criteria.
Two days later, bike was picked up from home, paid exactly as evaluation and completely hassle free. I don't understand these larger companies who seem to have otherwise a helpful streamlined process for customers, then why dont they have similar culture reflected in their staff as well.

Was dealing with a guy called richard today, diamond of a bloke, very helpful, explained everything in a way which was easy to understand. Answered any questions I had. Polite and respectful. Easy step by step process, highly recommended.

Great experience - good valuation and bike collected in 72hrs. Collection driver was knowledgeable and professional and full original valuation paid out. Way better offer than any of our local mc dealers could make. I was in convinced when somebody suggested them but now very impressed.

Really glad I found Big Moto from other recommendations. Shout out to Matt and the SOS transport guy who were really friendly and helpful with our bike sale. It was a regrettable sale of a much loved bike on our part, but they made it a lot more pleasurable. I was amazed how quick and smooth the process was , all completed in 3 days, money straight into our bank before the bike was taken with no quibbles and the V5 notification done immediately . Overall great service.

I was also really impressed with the guy who came out to inspect the bike. He was friendly, professional and explained the whole process before carrying out his routine checks, which made everything straightforward and stress-free.

From start to finish everything no hassle if you are sraight with them they will be straight with no hassle selling fantastic money paid before he had loaded the bike on the van.
