Unwilling to Refund Over Lack of Important Details
I started off by ordering a few furs, all of the long shag variety. However, I was required to shave one of three furs.
I shaved it multiple times unsuccessfully; the direction of the fur pile was going in different directions, making it unsalvagable for my project. It was then that I took video proof of my issue to send to Big Z via email, fully believing it was a defect.
Big Z customer service answered, stating "... this fabric is specifically designed to be used at its full pile length, which is why the description does not indicate that it can be shaved." An important detail that Big Z completely omitted from the product listing. They then refused to refund since it was not considered defective, despite the lack of a disclaimer against shaving the fur.
I've since replied a couple of times to their last email, and I now believe I'm being ignored.
