The frustrations of dealing with this…

The frustrations of dealing with this company are outweighing the value of their products. These problems continue after multiple orders. The website is slow and unresponsive. They have consistent supply issues and are frequently out of stock of popular items. They run a subscription service, but this does not seem to impact the availability of the products — they still don’t have the stock to fulfill the orders. When they notify you of this, they do not give you any information about when the products might be back in stock or any alternatives they can offer. Their shipping times are about 3X the industry standard, eg It takes them 10 days to ship an order.
