Bike was damaged when arrived and after ups employee measured it then you charged my more. Scam

I’ve been using bikeflights for quite some time and they haven’t let me down. My packages get to their destination with no issues. The ease of use on the site is clear & direct. Can’t beat the rates either. It’s my preferred way to ship all by bmx items.

Bike got there intact. But was very expensive

I have been using BF for years now. Its a must when shipping bikes and frames as pricing is sky high if you go the traditional way using the big shipping companies. I recently quoted to ship a BMX frame and the quotes were sky high. Then I remembered BikeFlights and the quote was around $25, much better than $75-$150 I got from the big three shippers.

Good price for shipping heavy ebike. Bike arrived with no problems.

As a first time user, I found directions a little confusing. I had already boxed up the bike to weigh it when I learned the shipping labels should be on the bike in the box as well--which could not be done until the bike was boxed and weighed. I was also unclear whether shipping would be signature required. The phone line for customer service was useless. But email customer service response was prompt and the bikeflight agent very helpful; the bike got safely to my daughter in Brooklyn. But I had to pay extra to 'intercept' it and divert it to a UPS store rather than risk doorstep delivery. Perhaps you should recommend that people talk to customer service before shipping.

I did a gravel ride in Morocco and shipped my bike home as I continued on to Spain. We had problems with the pick up at the hotel I had stayed at but BikeFlights was persistent and worked with me and UPS to get my bike home. I 100% recommend them and will use them again.

Bike Flights was great! It was stressful free and very easy to use. They were there to answer questions, every step of the way. Forwarding the label to my Bike shop at point of origination was easy, and the Bike shop dismantled and packed up my bike. UPS picked up the bike from there and my bike was at its destination 5 days later! Perfect! Price was reasonable as well.
