Excellent Customer Service

I was shipping this bike for my son who had inadvertently put the wrong weight on the request. Once I realized and reached out to the customer service group the day the shipment was supposed to go out. They quickly assisted me in getting the weight updated, paid for, and new shipping labels causing no delay. This was really important as he was flying out to Montana and needed the bike for his trip. It arrived on time and in perfect condition. The customer service team was amazing. Thank you!!!

Excellent service

The bike store ("Trek Bikes Beverly Hills" in Los Angeles) did an excellent job in packaging and shipping the e-bike and it arrived in its destination in perfect condition. The cost of the packaging and shipping the e-bike was very reasonable too.

If you are shipping a bike

If you are shipping a bike, you would be absolutely insane to do it without Bikeflights. The ease of use and cost difference between doing it yourself and using Bikeflights is a massive; I won't ship one without them.

Your online ordering was a nightmare…

Your online ordering was a nightmare for this first time user. Could not review info until after payment. When I tried to go back to previous screen to adjust info it took me back to beginning and all info lost. Also when putting in box size info, there was a full down menu in which I could choose the BBL box size. Well those measurements were for the unassembled box not the assembled box. That menu should be removed from shipping page unless your going to have the assembled size available.
YouTube video on box assembling and packing were okay, but had to hunt down a video which explained the front fork axle support and how to use it. Also if side loading a bike it would of been helpful to have seen a video on getting the side panel in once you side loaded the bike Your videos seem geared toward people who have regularly shipped bikes, not first time users.
That said it did fit my rad mini and it is going to ups today. It's a good product, could be easier to use.

The dimensions listed are the manufacturer's box dimensions rather than the assembled dimensions, and I can certainly understand how that could cause confusion when preparing your shipment. Your comments about our packing resources are also very helpful. While we have a number of instructional videos available, it's clear there are a few areas—such as installing the fork axle support and replacing the side panel after side-loading—that could be easier to find or explained more thoroughly. Those are excellent suggestions, and I'll make sure they're shared with the team responsible for our packing guides.

Despite the challenges, I'm glad to hear the box fit your RadMini and that your bike is on its way to UPS.
