Bike arrived missing components. BikeFlights asked for photos of package/materials with claim, even though I didn't box the bike. Neither store was helpful in solving issue or helping provide info to BikeFlights despite being listed as top options.

The process was really easy
The process was really easy, and the forms were very detailed which appreciated. The only issue is the cost, it was very expensive. I know gas prices are up, but next time I'd go directly to UPS to price check first.

Great advice and service at the local bike shop about how to schedule with Bikeflight. Online arrangements using the Bikeflght site was easy. As promised pick up and delivery went as indicated. Price was reasonable.

Bikeflights worked great shipping my bike from Arizona to Nebraska. It was fairly painless and they took good care of my bike in transit so it didn't get damaged and the price was fair.

I was notified as the box made its way and when to expect delivery. Delivered on time and no damage. This was so much more economical then taking it directly to the carrier.
