I tend to be a paranoid shipper. As was the case for one of my recent shipments. I had two boxes going to a bike shop in Oregon. When the bike showed up and not the gear box, I immediately filed a claim with BikeFlights. Not realizing at the time, each box had its own UPS shipping and tracking number. Long story short, the gear box showed up later that day. The BF customer service representative was patient, courteous, and professional in his correspondence. And reminded me each box in my order would have its own UPS tracking number. He confirmed the box’s arrival date. I was embarrassed. Thanks BikeFlights for your patience and great service.

All in all Bikeflights is the way to…
All in all Bikeflights is the way to ship a bicycle. The things that need tweeking are as follows. There needs to be an ovious button to start the process of shipping a bike. Something like a button that reads "ship your bike now". Also when you fill in the details of where the bike is being shipped the green continue buttom at the bottom of the template will sometimes not move to the next page after filling in the information. It seems to glitch at times.
