Brexit = nervous UK Customer when buying from abroad but I have to say it was a good transaction. Quick delivery (quicker than sometimes buying inside the UK!) good value postage, well packaged and quality item. Good communication and tracking.

I ordered the Monmartre stage 21 Tour de France Santini cycle top in an xl, I am normally a size Large uk. The top fits perfectly.The price was lower than any other website selling the same item. The order was tracked and continually updated until it's arrival to my home. Bike inn are fantastic, thankyou.If you need cycling clothing I recommend shopping from here.They use Royal mail.

This place is an absolute shocker avoid for your sanity. They show stock that they obviously don’t have and give fictitious delivery dates then when you chase up they can’t even give you a revised delivery and you cannot actually communicate with a real person just and automated chat system which doesn’t resolve any issues goes round in circles.

Excellent online bike shop. They have most of the special parts I need at very keen prices. Delivery from Spain (?) takes a week or so, but if you can wait, it's worth it for the savings available. Recommended!

Avoid this shop! Pure disappointment.
This shop sells products they don’t actually have in stock. The delivery dates listed on their website are a complete lie. After contacting customer support, I was told they cannot even estimate when the parts will arrive at their warehouse. My bike has been grounded for two weeks now. If I had known they were selling ghost stock, I would have never placed an order.
Ultimately, the shop did refund my money after 4 days, but that doesn't change the fact that selling products that aren't actually in stock is completely unacceptable. Doing this without any clear communication is a total lack of respect for someone else's time. I’m glad I got my money back, but I still advise everyone to avoid this place at all costs!
P.S. I have just checked again all the products I had in my cart, and every single one of them still shows the status "In stock, immediate shipping." So please, stop lying. The items in question are:

A lot of missing screws, bad service
My husband ordered a bicycle for our daughter that arrived with a lot of missing screws.
It turned out to be impossible to return the bike or get them to replace the missing parts since their customer service require that photograph each step of the unpacking and assembly process.
