Following my previous review, I had a message asking me to contact bikeinn to investigate the issue of the dealy of my shipment. I was given a lecture that the website says estimated delivery day. It doesn't it says expected. The website says instock which is untrue. There is a huge difference. I asked to speak to a manager. That I was told was not possible. I was spoken over several times on the call and quite frankly was highly patronising. It is bordering on fraudulent to take your money and not have the products.

Tragic experience, they sell items they don't even have in stock and then they apologize profusely, if you cancel one item from an order, they don't refund your money. I don't recommend it, scammers, BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE

I usually wear size 42 shoes. Unfortunately, the shoes I ordered were too small. I had already paid 150 SEK for shipping, and then I had to pay an additional 113 SEK because I received a smaller size than the one I originally ordered.
I had placed my order for the correct size, so this was very disappointing. On top of that, the return process is the strangest and most complicated system I have ever experienced.
I am not satisfied with this situation and would appreciate a fair solution.

Reviews with low rating seem to have a very slim chance to make it to the live website. I have not seen any……
The fact that the Spanish site seems to have 30k+ reviews and reaching and average 1.4 says something about the corporate culture here!!!!
I have used the INN a few times and my experience is always the same. There is a promise of a slightly lower price which is often negated by an expensive delivery across the world. Do not expect your items quickly as they may be dispatched from Spain or elsewhere. Mañana is the real answer here.
I have since come across similar reviews (trustpilot) and I can understand this corporate likely resorts to the same generic AI reviews like others in order to boost their average scores.
Not sure why bikeINN.es do not care at all.

After weeks of waiting for a simple 26"…
After weeks of waiting for a simple 26" wheel I still didn't have it (in Sweden). They were waiting a full week and doing nothing at all wit the the order...now it seem they sent it to...the Nederlands?

They were ignoring the order for ten days...it took 3 weeks the get the bike wheel, it was slower than ordering an item from China...but I got it. Then, I hade to work with the wheel itself, it was without any lubrication in the ball bearing, it was totally dry, luck I have tools and fitting industrial fat for ball bearing.
I hoped for a better purchase experience, at least for a much faster shipping.

Everything went ok, only thing I miss I that the helmet I bought is almost a year old and nowhere was It stated that I was a 2025 model. The other items I bought was fine.

You can‘t beat the prices and product selection. Order from the all the time with no issues.
Delivery can take a little while so make sure to order express delivery if it‘s urgent.
