Follow up- Inept Customer Service
Now at 9 attempts to speak with Customer Service regarding refund to no avail. Bombarded with generic AI responses that are completely unrelated to my inquiry. Obviously there no one at the helm of customer service dept. Automated system with serious flaws at the expanse of unknowing customers. Let’s see how many attempts and Trust Pilot unanswered responses we can get to by the end of year.

Communication by shipper DPD very weird. Message 06:26 "package could not be delivered at service point" Hey on a Saturday morning everyone is asleep. Just a fake message that delivery is delayed and that dpd does it on her own way. 5 days later it arrived at the delivery point. DpD can by far NOT match DHL. But! Not as bad as GLS.

Buying experience without flaw. Delivery within specified time. Easy to assemble but only negative point was factory fitted brake cables attached to wrong brake levers. Only a few minutes to swap round but should have been picked up by QA, QC before packaging…

Bikeinn has charged my card without having shipped the package.
At least that is my understanding, as the package has only been registered in the system and has never been handed over to the carrier responsible for delivery. That is what the tracking information shows.
Bikeinn’s delivery service is unbelievably poor. I placed the order on May 17 and accepted the relatively long delivery time, with the latest promised delivery date being May 27.
Today is June 5, and Bikeinn still cannot tell me where my package is or when I will receive it.
This level of service is simply unacceptable.

Paid $75 for delivery but the purchase is only being prepared for shipping 9 days later. It hasn't even left the warehouse yet! All the products say they are in stock and it's early June, so I have no idea why there is a huge delay!

I had a pretty bad experience…
I had a pretty bad experience using them... I ordered two tyres, the order went on hold for weeks as one of the tyres was not in stock, they then cancelled the order for one of the tyres and refunded the cost of the tyre, but not the postage for that tyre, so in the end I paid over $157 for one tyre that I could have bought locally from Pushys for $129 and it would have arrived in a couple of days rather than almost 2 months. Support were useless and just refused to refund me the postage cost.
