It worked fine

Payment worked fine, delivery on time and items as described. Haven't needed the cancellation option, so no opinion on that.

Useless

Out of 4 separate orders Bikester has managed to mess up 3 of them. It even sent a batch of innertubes that were of such bad quality they were thrown away. I wouldn't bother with this useless company, and it also appears that if one wants to contact the head office in Germany the mails get returned as the address given on the homepage no longer exists.

Fast and Easy!

Everything I ordered came quite quickly and was packaged in a good way!
They loose a star as there is no return slip included and for once, i need to return a crappy front kickstand. In order to return I have to print out a form from UPS which is a pain compared to Outnorth that includes the return slip in every package.

Overall, Bikester is my goto site for bike gear!

No bike, no good review.

I'm still waiting DHL to delivery my bike... Let's see how long does it takes... If DHL is not giving you a good service either, that's your problem, change to Post Nord and let you customers happy (at least in the nordic countries).

Worst experience ever. Avoid!

3 weeks after order, no product and cant even have the money back. They have no clue where the prdocut is and will not give refund untill the product is back. Why am I, the costumer, punished when THEY lose the product?

Support sucks as well, not a single mail response and useless phone service saying "thats just how it is".

Avoid Bikester at all cost!
