Huge Price Increase + Poor API Integration

We started using Billdu.com with high expectations, but the experience ended up being quite disappointing. After just a couple of months, they changed their premium plan without any warning — reducing the number of allowed companies from 3 down to 1. This effectively meant a 3× price increase, which felt completely unfair and unprofessional. Because of this sudden change, we were forced to switch to another provider, and all the money we invested into the subscription and integrations basically went to waste.

Additionally, their API is outdated and difficult to work with. Integrating Billdu with platforms like Make.com was unnecessarily complicated and time-consuming. For a service that presents itself as modern and business-friendly, this was a major letdown.

Overall, the experience was not worth the trouble.

Poor after sales support from Billdu Team

Billdu's after sales support is very poor. I subscribed to this program to be more efficient in business, especially the automated function of invoicing my clients.

Months after months I realized that the automated recurring invoice function does not work 100%. All my invoices aren't being sent.

I have mailed support for assistance to no avail...no support. I am now manually selecting each unsent invoice and sending them...a total defeat of the automated function!

The idea is great but like all good…

The idea is great but like all good ideas at the start they turned greedy by changing their strategy and systems to charge you more.
There invoice program is ridiculous as if you send a client an invoice and they pay a deposit you add this payment to the invoice which then says the balance owing. If for some reason though you need to change the invoice all the payments disappear. You then have to reissue payments which in return send more payment receipts to your customers who then look like they have paid more than they actually have.
I tried to bring this up with Bildu and all you get is a Ai response that for over 3 hours said it was going to connect me to a human team member but never does. Really poor and pathetic customer service

They just don’t come back to you when a problem needs sorting. I have tried email to support. I have tried help on app. There is no number to talk to a person. Extremely disappointed

They have now replied and sorted. Just need to up their game on customer service.
