Payment

I wanted to upgrade from the Lite package to the Standard package. The fee I'm being asked to pay for my upgrade is €20 higher than the annual fee for the Standard package.
I've never seen anything so stupid.
Definitely not.

I'm switching.

Lack of transparency in subscription and account management

While the software itself may serve its purpose, the way Bildu handles subscriptions raises serious concerns. Signing up for a trial is straightforward, but there is no equally clear path to cancel or delete an account. The cancellation and deletion options are not directly accessible in the interface and require contacting support.

This lack of transparency creates the impression that the system is designed to retain users by making termination unnecessarily complicated. Such practices may comply with the letter of the law, but they clearly contradict the standards of fairness and openness that customers should expect.

I have terminated my trial and requested full deletion of my account under GDPR. Future users should be aware of these practices before committing.

Awesome

Awesome. I would like for it to multitalks a bit better within the app itselft. Also not have to refressh the whole page when I enter a estimate an I am on page 4 of my estimate list then loose track of my revisions.
