Excellent Biltong
Excellent biltong, I really like the chilli beef flavour and they also have a wide range of S.A products including things like Mrs Balls Chutney. It's a good place to order from especially whilst we're in lockdown.
Also, thank you to the very helpful customer service staff. :-)

Unfortunately I cannot recommend shopping here. From my two experiences shopping online, both orders were sent with missing items. In one case I bought the 5.50 Maltabella porridge and they sent me a 2 pound alternative and didn't even mention anything or send me the difference in price until I contacted them. Not good service.

Is it Biltong or Jerky
Great service but Biltong is so full of addetives you can’t call it Biltong. More like a Biltong / Jerky hybrid. We found it inedible.

They used to be good until Jan 2020. Now they've hiked up their prices so high all they have left to sell is out of date stock or stock that is old and hard. Don't bother going here anymore. Both their shops near London stock old stock. Don't go here anymore.

Wasn't best pleased at ordering online never had a problem with going in store but the quality of the jerky I had ordered online wasn't what I remeberd buying directly from the store before it was too red in the middle it was a Christmas gift I was told it went mouldy in an air tight container decent bill tong should last a good while
