First time depositor to this site. I unfortunately made the mistake of sending from an exchange. The exchange sent 42 usdt on a wrong eth chain. While this is the only deposit to this address. Support will neither assist with retrieving the funds no supply the private key for the address so I can retrieve them my self. Considering I know how easy it is to actually retrieve those funds I find the lack of support very unfriendly to a new customer.
Would definitely suggest avoiding this casino for a new user. Stick with an actual banking casino so you have some level of recourse.

Disappointing experience with a dash of dishonesty .
Unfortunately I am unable to give this Casino the thumbs up and would recommend taking your business to the other more transparent casinos. Being a customer in many online casinos I often look around for good bonuses and signup deals.
Bitcasino.io has advertised which look like great bonuses on initial deposits but unfortunately once I made my first deposit I found out the there is TWO DIFFERENT wagering requirements and if your balance reaches zero the reward is automatically forfeited. This is fine if it were stated in the terms and conditions but there is no information regarding this in the T&C so it is frankly false advertising.
Furthermore the initial wager requirement is based on the actual amount you deposit so the larger the deposit the higher amount you’ll have to wager. If you manage to get through the first wager requirement and unlock the reward. You then have to wager the reward X30. Which in the case of the $2500 reward offered is $75,000 worth of wagering.
I should also add that if you play table games only 20% of your bet counts towards wagering requirements which is ludicrous in comparison to other online casinos.
I didn’t deposit a great deal so I’m not overly upset about my experience but I would recommend not using this casino as they are using false advertising and bonus information to garner business. In this industry transparency and good deals are key and bitcasino haven’t shown either, so one star for these guys unfortunately.

Cant withdraw, they scam me 3k
A few weeks ago I deposited about 2k $ (about 0.05643 BTC) to play for a while and enjoy. After confirming my account with my identity, and winning a game, I doubled my balance, so far so good, after a while they sent me an email asking for more information about my account, and verify some information, so far so good, all verified.
What was my surprise when after a while, I got an email telling me that my account was using "Double Spend" (if you win, then confirm your deposit on the Blockchain and attempt to withdraw, all winnings will be confiscated and your account will be closed permanently). At this point I checked on the blockchain that the deposit reached them correctly in full, and I asked them for more information and I am still waiting for a response after 2 weeks, and I still can't access my account.
Is this the treatment they give to their clients who win? Ask for a thousand information and accuse them of something not to pay them? Surely if I had asked for my money, there would have been no problem.
At the very least I demand my money back (since I have not lost it). I have read that more users have had something similar happen to them. We demand answers.
EDIT:
I am still waiting for an answer, and a solution. The only thing I want is to get my money back, if the account with which I have deposited money for some reason is not correct for them, I am fine with them not letting me play, or not giving me the deposit. But it is of scammers that they take my money, or block it after winning only.

As offered by bitcasino when depositing for the first time, if there is a loss, they will refund 20% of the lost amount in cashback. I deposited more than $600 and unfortunately I lost, but at this point they refuse to pay me cashback. I contacted them and they asked me to verify my identity twice and I completed the verification but then they said I was abusive and did not pay me cashback. I want them to clarify this issue. I want to know why. Why didn't I receive the money and what did I violate when I was a player and lost all my money. I also see quite a few articles complaining about the problem of them trying to attract players but after losing they find reasons not to pay cashback to players.
