I saw so many friends saying that you would easily block users' accounts, which is really ridiculous.

This casino is a scam... they let you connect Metamask which allows immediate withdrawal and deposit... in theory... in reality they dont let you withdraw... my withdrawal transaction is pending forever and most likely my money will get stuck there for eternity. I used to love this site. So many games, great bonuses, then as soon as I hit $1800 (cashed out only $800) immediately after they KYCd me. But failed to tell me that I was allowed to DEPOSIT but not WITHDRAWAL until I sent in my ID (at the time expired so didn't count)

So I opened new accounts. (Love the game variety) Then one day, after a $8000 binge, I told the customer service that there casino made me feel like killing myself. They instantly shut down my acount, and then 24 hours later sent me an email asking did I want to reopen it! So I did.

I have been VERY active with crypto casino for the past two years now. This is the ONLY site I've felt compelled to leave a review about, especially after reading someone else's review about the bitcasino.ios handling of suicide threats! Even after losing 10s of thousands of dollars, this is literally the only gambling site that made me flat out just want to end my life at that moment. I don't feel like that anymore so to anyone that does, just know your not alone and it WILL get better!

I would not recommend this site to My worst enemy. They will kyc you after you hit a certain (low) amount and will block your account. My losses HEAVILY outweighed my wins. And they do not care about people at all!
