scammer. i deposit 8 november 2021, for 20 usdt, and no have money in funds. big scammer.

1: they have very unprofessional custumer service rep's.
2: they continuously keep taking my funds with no solutions being offered other then there just following the procedures or protocols that continuously keep contradicting one another.
3: there clearly scammers only offering the bare mininum in solutions to where there still following laws yet still stealing funds from customers. never returning missing funds due to there reps never taking the time to do there research instead they make you try and do there jobs.

i truly could tell so many more problems with the site for example no contact number to speak with a real person and so much more that i will give review on a little later when can think of them properly.

even when you provide screen shots to verify the errors at hand they disagree with you and send you to another rep with out warning then your having to re explain your issue all over again each rep worse then the one before. other then that i guess its a pretty fun site other then the stealing of funds or rep to custumer disrespect and constant transaction issues but only while winning or obtaining your funds seems there's never an issue when there taking the money only when giving it back

It was 2 Weeks ago i put in 20 Dollar just for fun. I won 80 dollar right away, and thats where the pain start. I wanted to withdraw, and contacted support where i was told it takes 3-4 hours, but when i wake up it will be there on my Wallet. This was 2 weeks ago. Ever since i been asked for verification 3 times already, 2 times i had to send in my Personal ID and my Bills?? After i sent that in twice ( they always take 3 days to answer) all of a sudden i got asked to verifiy again, with an external Partner names Veriff. After i done that, that Veriff site even linked me to the bitcasino withdraw page, where i was STILL NOT ABLE to withdraw. I gave up the hope that they will give me my money. I would not recommend putting any money on here.

Do not trust this bitcasino.io as they will pay out small amounts but when you hit a jackpot like 60,000 in ETH I was verified told I was going to be paid and then I was told I had to be verified again and then a year later I was told it was a glitch in the game which is not right I have absolute proof of all the bogus accusations first it was I have duplicate accounts then I proved I didn't and now it was a glitch but they made me open a second account and they keep taking my crypto for playing and like I said they pay small amounts to me all the time crooks is what all these online e casinos that take crypto they will lie and do what they have to to not pay and these so called affiliates that say they will protect you or help you make sure you get paid well its ask gamblers who came at me with duplicate account then when that was proven false then ask gamblers says its in there terms glitch in the game they do t have to pay how many excuses can this casino come up with and ask gamblers just keeps going along with the casino come on get real I will not stop I have emails stating there going to pay me my funny money ETH these are scammers all day
