Mailed me the wrong product (I chose black, they sent me green). 3D printed stand was cracked. Return and refund on another product was slow. Awful seller. Wouldn’t return to. Overpriced (by a lot) and uses AI images for products.

I researched the 6x Gold Nugget Miner combo, expecting to “mine Bitcoin” as advertised. Here’s what I found:

Claims vs Reality:

They promise 3.125 BTC every 10 minutes. Impossible. The Bitcoin network produces only one block every 10 minutes, and their tiny USB miners (~100 GH/s) are trillionths of the network hashrate. Mathematically, there is no way these devices can mine a full Bitcoin block.

They advertise “plug & play, minimal electricity costs, and huge rewards.” While it uses very little power, the mining power is effectively useless.

Red Flags:

Marketing gimmicks like RGB lights, “Battle Pass discounts,” and images of lucky winners.

No real technical specs for pool integration.

“Guaranteed” rewards that are physically impossible.

Conclusion:
The Gold Nugget Miner is not real Bitcoin mining. It’s a cloud mining lottery scam: payouts, if any, come from the company’s reserves, not actual mining. People should avoid investing money in this, as the promised returns are mathematically impossible.

All of my orders were processed within 24 hours. When I had a problem with the NerdQaxe++ Hydro that I purchased, customer support was on it. I received a return label within 10 minutes after speaking with them.

This company is legit. Customer support and service is outstanding. Products are nicely packaged to avoid damage during shipping. I am new to this hobby but plan on making all of my future purchases from Bitcoinmerch.com.

Scam 1 month has passed no updates no support and my hard earnd money is gone. Thank you for nothing i never be buying here again.

I want to express my thanks to Chris and Albert at Bitcoinmerch.com for correcting a logistics issue with my order that took longer to receive than I expected. They handled my issue quickly when I contacted them and the matter has been satisfactory resolved.
If I am in the market again for mining related equipment I will visit Bitcoinmerch.com again and would have no issue ordering the supplies needed.
I would highly recommend other folks in the market for crypto related mining equipment give them a try as well.

Gold Digger 2025
Purchased a gold digger and eventually it got stuck at 80% tried resetting the device, my wifi, changing the address didn't work. Im fairly new at this. so i decided to email them for help. Chris responded fast he was able to figure out the problem and gave me a different address and now my lucky miner is working again.

Purchased a couple Gold Diggers in 2025, one stopped working... was stuck on initialization screen at 80%... Chris helped me re-flash the Gold Digger (memory/program ... I don't know...) and now its working again. His help was greatly appreciated.

I understood what I was getting before I ordered. I had done some research. My order arrived in a reasonable time. I had an issue with my second order, great customer service. I will order from them again when I expand.

As a newbie dipping my toes into the mining scene, I ordered my first Bitaxe Gamma in late December 2025. Two weeks went by without movement from shipping. Contacted support, which they responded they've been having manufacturing delays and due to holiday sales, and assured me my order was not forgotten. So why get mad at something out of my control? I just played the waiting game.

Another two weeks later, my order finally arrived well-packaged, and my Gamma works flawlessly out of the box! Shout out to Chris Tams for the communication and the help! Give these guys a chance!

I ordered an X Node Nano and when I recieved my item, it was pre installed with everything I needed in order to run and mine my own btc node. I'm a caveman when it come to computers, I press buttons and hope my house dont burn but im glad they made it easy for me to just plug and play and easy ton follow instruction evan a rock can understand. Thank you very much and im very happy for your effort in providing great costumer service!

Great company great service 10/10

Worst excuse of a “business” I’ve ever encountered. I ordered a node gig from what seemed to be a decent front store on the web. It’s been two weeks since the payment went out to this merchant. No order confirmation, no communication of any kind, no response to my repeated calls, no answer to my e-mails, NOTHING. What serious business would do those things????

Ordered 10x usb lottery miners and 12x gold nugget lottery miners on 1/10 and waited a week after talking to Albert i received my order on 1/23 Thank you Albert for helping me! Now waiting on the last item! if we don't talk to them it'll be a longer wait since they are busy with a lot of orders and their manufacturer has a lot of delays and all these negative reviews shouldn't prevent anyone from buying these nice miners i am happy to receive part of my order. Bitcoin merch is Legit! i know they are trying their best i would see all these negative reviews and thought it was real but it was all a misunderstanding.

I had a major issue with a cyber eight g ten tera hashtag, a segment.And I had to send it back three times as soon as I got it.And they finally sent me a new octa.Unit which does basically the same thing.amd it burned a fuse within 2 days on default with external.fans running off of power unit not machine..wish I could show email telling me to change review.

I was excited to receive my NerdQaxe++ 5TH/s Multi-Chip BTC Miner. (Order #322940) I payed a little over $400 for the unit. When the unit worked it was working fine until it stopped.
Less than 6 months later the unit will not power on and is completely dead. I contacted Bitcoin Merch and was told i could get 15% off of another purchase.
I would not recommend this company for the fact they are not standing behind their products...

Update I was just texted by Albert, and it looks like they will be sending me a rushed replacement.

The company is good and honest. They provide excellent customer service and respond in a timely manner. I highly recommend them, in particular for the level of trust they have built with me.

I would caution anyone from buying from this store. Shipping is slow at best and that’s even if you get your item . Update this company does everything possible to get you to retract a negative review. I have the text messages to prove it . I was offered a “gold” nugget to a full refund plus keeping the items ordered.
