No refund on damaged items
They failed to package the items properly, so the shipment was damaged and UPS returned it to them before it was delivered to me. Even though I paid extra for shipping protection, they haven’t replied to any of my emails and still haven’t refunded the order after four months.

Poorly packaged items, NO REFUND
They didn't package the items properly which led the package to be damaged and got returned to them by UPS before even getting delivered to me. Despite paying extra for the shipping protection they refuse to respond to any emails and nor refund for the order since 4 months.

The miner was easy to set up and is working great! One thing to note that the setup instructions do not mention is that if you have an ASUS router you must turn off smart ai in router settings for miner to work.

very disappointed with my entire experience with bitcoin merch
both of my setups i purchase from them do not work and stop working with in the first two week and i reached out and they did respond but nothing ever happen after that i spent over $1500 you would think you would receive a product thats worth the money you spent
